TL;DR: In this paper, the utility model relates to a coil heat exchange commercial gas heater and belongs to the technical field of water heaters, where a vertical combustion chamber straight tube is arranged at the center of the water storage casing, a combustor is mounted at the upper end of the straight tube, and the lower end of a combustion chamber flat tube is communicated with one end of an external fume exhaust pipeline.
Abstract: The utility model relates to a coil heat exchange commercial gas heater and belongs to the technical field of water heaters. The water heater comprises a cylindrical water storage casing; a vertical combustion chamber straight tube is arranged at the center of the water storage casing; a combustor is mounted at the upper end of the combustion chamber straight tube, and the lower end of the combustion chamber straight tube is communicated with one end of a helical heat exchange coil surrounding the straight tube; the other end of the heat exchange coil is communicated with an external fume exhaust pipeline; and the combustion chamber straight tube is connected with one end of the heat exchange coil through a reducing pipe. Therefore, when fume passes through, the flow speed, the flow capacity and the flow direction are gradually changed along the diameter of the tube, and partial pressure is reduced, so that the massive concentration of the heat of the fume is avoided, the damage caused by excessive concentration of the fume is further prevented, and the service life of the heat exchange coil is effectively prolonged.

TL;DR: In this paper, a method for detecting breakage of a tube in a gas heater for quickly detecting breakages generated in the tube passing in a container, and also for detecting the breakage even if pressure inside the tube is lower than pressure outside the tube.
Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for detecting breakage of a tube in a gas heater for quickly detecting breakage generated in the tube passing in a container, and also for detecting breakage even if pressure in the tube is lower than pressure outside the tube SOLUTION: The breakage detection device of the tube 11 in the gas heater 1 having the container in which gas which needs to be heated circulates and the tube 11 passing inside the container is characterized by comprising a determination means for determining that the tube 11 is broken, when a state that differential pressure of pressures detected by a first pressure detection means 4 for detecting the pressure in the tube 11 on a container-outlet side and by a second pressure detection means 10 for detecting pressure of the gas passing inside the container is approximately zero continues for a regulated time or longer, after stopping fluid by a fluid stop means 3 for stopping supply of the fluid to the tube 11 and after discharging the fluid in the tube 11 to the outside of the tube 11 by a discharging means 6 for discharging the fluid in the tube 11 to the outside of the tube 11 COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT

TL;DR: The coal pulveriser as mentioned in this paper uses a level control system to ensure a minimum content of material to reduce the possibility of entry of atmosphere or oxygen into the interior, and removes all separated dust by a flotation system.
Abstract: The coal pulveriser uses a protective atmosphere to exclude oxygen to reduce the risk of explosion and combustion . It has a silo for the material to be pulverised and container for transport which are protected by nitrogen. The input silo includes a level control system to ensure a minimum content of material to reduce the possibility of entry of atmosphere or oxygen into the interior. When the coal enters a predryer before grinding, it does not come into contact with an oxygen containing gas mixture. The warm drying gas is discharged from multiple entry positions so that its temp. remains at higher level to ensure an efficient moisture removal. All separated dust is removed by a flotation system. The gas in the water separator is dried, then reheated to pass through distributor valves for return to the drying and pulverising circuit. Between the water separator and the gas heater is an intermediate tank to equalise pressure surges.

TL;DR: In this article, the utility model is characterized in that a pipeline of a compressor of a refrigeration machine leading to a condenser is additionally provided with a shunting electromagnetic valve controller and then is connected with a water heater in parallel to form the refrigeration machines capable of boiling water.
Abstract: The utility model relates to a refrigeration machine capable of boiling water, which mainly comprises a refrigeration machine. The utility model is characterized in that a pipeline of a compressor of the refrigeration machine leading to a condenser is additionally provided with a shunting electromagnetic valve controller and then is connected with a water heater in parallel to form the refrigeration machine capable of boiling water. The water heater is provided with a plurality of pipelines wound backwards and forwards or spirally coiled in a water storing barrel of the water heater and is connected with a pipeline of a general refrigeration (air) machine in parallel, and an auxiliary heater of an electric heater is added in the water storing barrel or the outer side of the water storing barrel is added with an auxiliary heater of a gas heater so that when the refrigeration machine capable of boiling water is used, the refrigeration machine capable of boiling water is used as an auxiliary heater.

TL;DR: In this paper, an indirect gas cooling/heating device is provided for cooling crude gas by a heating medium having a higher pressure than that of the crude gas and refined gas, and for heating the refined gas.
Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas combined power generating facilities capable of sufficiently raise the temperature of the refined gas coming out of gas refining equipment for supplying it to a gas-turbine combined power generating facilities, having no possibility of internal clogging and inflow of dust or the like into the gas turbine, and allowing the refining gas heating system to be compact. SOLUTION: Gas combined power generating facilities are provided with an indirect gas cooling/heating device 10 for cooling crude gas by a heating medium having a higher pressure than that of the crude gas and refined gas, and for heating the refined gas. The indirect gas cooling/heating device 10 is made of a crude gas cooler 12 arranged between a gasifying/cooking apparatus A and a gas refining apparatus B for cooling the crude gas and for heating the heating medium, a refined gas heater 14 arranged between the gas refining apparatus B and a gas-turbine combined power generating facilities C for heating the refined gas by the heated heating medium, and a medium circulating line 16 for circulating the heating medium between the crude gas cooler 12 and the refined gas heater 14. The heating medium is water and steam, and the pressure of the medium circulating line is set so that it is evaporated in the crude gas cooler 12 and is condensed in the refined gas heater 14.
