Abstract: The utility model discloses an aluminium cell low temperature waste heat recovery utilizes system, including electrolysis trough underground flue, dust arrester installation, fume extractor, absorption heat pump unit, gas gas heater and boiler, the utility model discloses utilize boiler steam as the driving heat source of absorption heat pump unit, recycle comes from the low temperature waste heat in the aluminium cell flue gas to convert this heat into well warm and hot water, simple structure, the equipment investment is few, has retrieved the low temperature waste heat, has effectively reduced the wasting of resources, and the water that comes in the entering boiler at first passes through gas gas heater's heat transfer, the heat utilization efficiency that has improved the flue gas in addition, the utility model discloses well gas gas heater simple structure, coiled pipe do not have the casing cladding outward, are convenient for clear up the deposition on the snakelike pipe wall, gas gas heater can follow the track and slide, has made things convenient for and has installed in the maintenance.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To enhance the collection efficiency of vapor by lowering the concn. of sodium at the inlet of a vapor trap, by providing a gas heater, which is constituted by arranging horizontal heater pipes in a multi-stage zigzag pattern, to the inlet side of a trap. CONSTITUTION:Cover gas is supplied to a gas heater 13 to be impinged to horizontal heater pipes 15 arranged in a multi-stage zigzag pattern and a part of mist is vaporized to lower the concn. of mist at the outlet of the gas heater 13. The formed vapor is supplied into a vapor trap 5 and collected by the mesh filler 7 therein. The outlet temp. of the filler 7 is held to about 140 deg.C by a cooler 8 and sodium is discharged in a liquid form.

Abstract: The invention relates to a device and method for discharging poisonous and harmful cryogenic liquid. The device comprises a liquid discharge chute and a flare gas heater. Raw materials are a cryogenic liquid, a cold flare gas and a hot flare gas from the device, the cryogenic liquid is discharged to a liquid buffer tank, is naturally evaporated or forcedly evaporated through a stream of nitrogen and then is converged with a cryogenic cold flare gas from the same device to flow into the flare gas heater; the cold flare gas passes through the flare gas heater to exchange heat with steam to room temperature and then is converged with a room-temperature hot flare gas from the same device to be fed to a flare gas pipe network so as to be burned. The device and method provided by the invention have the advantages of simple operation in process flow, small occupied area, few equipment and low investment.

Abstract: Method, apparatus and system for improved energy efficiency in a direct reduction iron production process which uses a direct reduction shaft furnace and syngas as the reduction gas. The method and system of the invention use a part of the top gas emanating from the shaft furnace as transport gas for the gasifier, and control the volume of the top gas used as recycled top gas or fuel for the gas heater. The present invention achieves high energy efficiency, and reduces the need to use additional CH4 source for the reduction gas.
