Abstract: PURPOSE: To enhance heat resistance, corrosion resistance, antistaining properties and scratch resistance and to impart an excellent fine view by forming a ceramics layer to the metal part constituting a gas heater by a sol-gel method CONSTITUTION: A ceramic layer is formed on the constitutional material of the metal part for a gas heater by a sol-gel method The ceramics layer due to the sol-gel method can be usually formed by applying the liquid composition of raw materials for forming the ceramics layer to polymerize and gel the same The liquid composition contains various metal alkoxides or metal hydroxides as the raw materials for forming the ceramics layer The concn of the raw materials for forming the ceramics layer in the liquid composition is usually set to about 10-100wt% and appropriately determined corresponding to the properties of the raw materials to be used Further, a colloidal substance and/or an inorg fine powder can be added to the liquid composition of the raw materials for forming the ceramics layer if necessary By the addition of the colloidal substance and/or the inorg powder, the ceramics layer formed by the sol-gel method is made more dense COPYRIGHT: (C)1990,JPO&Japio

E. ) of water supply connector, water supply connector and water source intercommunication, the system portion of discharging fume installs the top of putting at album petticoat pipe, water flow sensor's play water end (W. E. ) and enthalpy exchanger's the end intercommunication of intaking in advance, the end intercommunication of intaking of enthalpy exchanger's play water end (W. E. ) and the coil pipe of intaking in advance. Owing to adopt such structure, when burner produced heat energy, the temperature of combustor itself rose, and the combustor sets up enthalpy exchanger in advance, can preheat cold water and can reduce the temperature of combustor own, make full use of heat energy to but increase of service life.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To heat-insulate and protect a gas cock, and to miniaturize a heater proper by disposing a gas cock encasing chamber surrounded by a heat shielding wall and a cooling air passage to the lower section of a base plate section such as a cooking plate. CONSTITUTION:The chamber 7, which is surrounded by the heat shielding wall 8, to the inside the cooling air passages 10, 11 are formed and which encases the gas cock 5, is disposed to the lower section of the base plate section 3. According to this constitution, the hot air of a heat accumulating chamber C, the gas burner 1, etc. is interrupted by the heat shielding wall 8 and cooling air flowing in the cooling air passages 10, 11 while cooling air B directly cools the gas cock 5. Accordingly, the gas cock is positively heat-insulated and protected while the heater proper can be miniaturized only by the gas cock 5 section because the gas cock is not projected above the mounting plate 3.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To obtain a high desulfurization rate even when the temp. of the waste gas at the outlet of a reactor is relatively high by uniformly mixing gaseous ammonia with air, mixing the mixture with water homogeneously and spraying the admixture into the reactor. CONSTITUTION: A waste gas contg. SO x and NO x generated from a boiler 1 is cooled by an air preheater 2 and a gas heater 3, further cooled in a water- spray cooling tower 4 and introduced into a reactor 5. Meanwhile, the ammonia from an ammonia feeder 6 is mixed with air in a line mixer 7, and the mixture and water are mixed in the gas-liq. mixing chamber of a two-fluid nozzle 8 and sprayed into the reactor 5 from its inlet, and the admixture is irradiated with an electron beam from an electron accelerator 9. Consequently, a high desulfurization rate is obtained even when the temp. of the waste gas is relatively high at the reactor 5 outlet, and the concn. of ammonium sulfamate in the by-product is lowered.
