Abstract: The utility model discloses an industrial products safety tail gas treatment gas heater, including gas heater, petticoat pipe, water -gas linkage valve, aeolian bell ware and filter screen, gas heater's upper end left side is provided with the carbon monoxide alarm, the right side of carbon monoxide alarm is provided with the tail gas treatment pipe, gas heater's lower extreme left side is provided with the gas import, be provided with the carbon monoxide alarm on gas heater, gas leakage after gas heater burning is when indoor, carbon monoxide concentration is measured to the accessible sensor, again with signal transmission to the treater of accepting, send the sound through the aeolian bell ware at last, thereby remind indoor personnel, and still be provided with the tail gas treatment pipe on gas heater, when tail gas after gas heater burning passes through the tail gas pipe, activated carbon particle in the accessible filter screen, adsorb the harmful gas in the tail gas, thereby reduce the pollution to the air.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for fresh reducing agents and lower running costs by supplying the reducible-material-contg. gas exhausted from a sulfurous acid gas reducing and sulfur recovering device by coal type reducing agents to a denitrating device and utilizing the same as a reducing agent for a denitration process. CONSTITUTION:The stack gas from a generating source 1 is allowed to contact with the reducible gas formed in a sulfur recovering device 11 in the presence of catalysts in a denitrating device 3, after which it is desulfurized in a dry type desulfurizing device 4, thence it is released as clean gas 5 into the atmosphere. The adsorbent adsorbed SOX is fed to a regenerator 7 through a line 6, and is desorbed. It is next returned to the device 4 through a line 8. Desorbed SO2 is reduced to single S substance by coal 12 in the device 11. Reducing gases such as H2, CO and the like are contained in the stack gas of the device 1. After sulfur is recovered from this gas in the 1st sulfur condenser 14 and the 1st demister, the gas is elevated of temp. by a gas heater 20 and the unreacted SO2 and byproduced H2S are allowed to react in a Claus reactor 23. After the gas is removed of sulfur in the 2nd condenser 23 and the 2nd demister 28, the gas is conducted through a duct 29 and a heater 30 to the device 3.

The washer has the following outstanding advantages: the water in the water tank can be heated in different ways; the water temperature can be regulated, so that an operator can be provided with a more suitable water temperature; and use is comfortable.
