Abstract: PURPOSE:To effect uniform metal sheet heating by gas heater, a number of grooved gas return route is spacedly provided to plenum chamber on its face opposing to the metal sheet. CONSTITUTION:Metal sheet 5 to be heat treated is passed through prenum chambers 3,3 in the heating furnace 2. Heated gas is jetted from a number of nozzles 11 in the prenum chambers 3 to heat the metal sheet 5 from both side while floting the metal sheet 5. A number of gas return routes 12 is spacedly installed on the face 3a of the chamber 3 that faces the metal sheet 5. Gas jetted from the nozzles 11 impinges on the metal sheet 5 and flows at uniform velocity V toward both sides of the chambers 3 through end nozzles 10a and the return routes 12. Thus, heat gas flowing on the total area provides uniform metal sheet 5 heating.

The utility model is technically characterized in that the heat exchange box is provided with a beading, the gap between the adjacent heat exchange boxes is 2mm to 10mm, and the heat exchange box is fixed on the heat exchange shell by welding. Abstract: The invention provides a gas water heater with an energy-saving position ECO (ecology, conservation and optimization) function and a controlling method thereof. The gas water heater comprises an operation interface having an ECO function key, a proportioning valve and a controller used for controlling the gas water heater to enter an energy-saving mode after the ECO function key is triggered, acquiring a target temperature corresponding to the energy-saving mode, and adjusting the proportioning valve according to the target temperature. By the gas heater and the controlling method thereof, temperature, water and gas are automatically matched through the energy-saving position ECO function so as to save energy.
