Abstract: The utility model discloses a condensing gas heater, include: the gas proportional valve, combustor, main heat exchanger, condensation heat exchanger, water inlet and delivery port, the gas proportional valve is connected with the combustor, main heat exchanger is provided above the combustor, the condensation heat exchanger is provided above the main heat exchanger, the water inlet is connected with the water inlet end of condensation heat exchanger through the inlet tube, the delivery port is connected with the main heat exchanger's play water end (W. E. ) through the outlet pipe, a serial communication port, said condensation heat exchanger including set up side by side and each other the intercommunication enter smoke chamber and condensation chamber, be equipped with into mouth in the bottom of advancing the smoke chamber, be equipped with the heat exchanger at the condensation intracavity and organize, be equipped with the outlet flue at the top in condensation chamber, and the bottom in condensation chamber is less than the into bottom of smoke chamber. Abstract: FIELD: experimental aerodynamics. ^ SUBSTANCE: method is based on the heating of the compressed working gas by Cowper heater and its following blowoff through aerodynamic jet. At that gas heating is carried out up to the temperature exceeding temperature necessary for flow deceleration; then before heated gas delivery to the jet it is mixed with cold gas in the ratio providing parameters of flow deceleration in the flow core downstream the jet. The device comprises the Cowper heater of the working gas, starting device, aerodynamic jet and the working gas source. Additionally it is provided with either chamber of hot and cold gases mixing installed between gas heater and starting device or additional Cowper heater, assisting gas heater and mixing chamber. At that additional Cowper heater and mixing chamber are installed on-line between Cowper heater and starting device and assisting gas heater is installed in parallel with Cowper heater between the working gas source and additional Cowper heater. The device can be provided also with additional Cowper heater, assisting heater and mixing chamber at that Cowper heater and mixing chamber are installed on-line between Cowper heater and starting device and assisting heater is connected to the outlet of the additional Cowper heater. ^ EFFECT: enlarging the region of Reynolds numbers (Re) high values in direction of the decreasing of hypersonic flow M numbers when operated in blowdown tunnels. ^ 4 cl, 3 dwg

Abstract: The invention relates to a methanol preparation technology in the chemical industry field, and concretely relates to a method for regenerating a converter gas variable temperature adsorbent for the production of methanol from a coke oven gas and a converter gas. The method comprises the following steps: introducing a methanol relief gas or a tail gas obtained after hydrogen extraction of the methanol relief gas into a regenerated gas heat exchanger in the variable temperature adsorbent regeneration process of the converter gas in order to realize the heat exchange heating of the methanol relief gas or the tail gas obtained after hydrogen extraction of the methanol relief gas and a regenerated gas, introducing the regenerated gas into a regenerated gas heater, heating, introducing the heated regenerated gas to a converter gas variable temperature adsorber for regenerating an adsorbent for regeneration, introducing a gas from the converter gas variable temperature adsorber into the regenerated gas heater for heat exchange cooling, introducing the obtained gas into a water cooler for cooling, and sending the cooled gas to a fuel tube network as a fuel. The method avoids wastewater generated through steam regeneration to realize sewage treatment reduction, and allows energy saving and consumption reduction to be realized by reducing regeneration heat consumption and reducing cooling water consumption via adopting the heat exchange of the regenerated gas and a regeneration gas.
