Abstract: The utility model relates to a cold, hot water unit of flue gas type lithium bromide absorption formula that heating normal atmospheric temperature is discharged fume, its characteristics are: the unit has increased gas gas heater (18), flash vessel (19), heating absorber (20), heating solution heat exchanger (21) and heating cryrogenic fluid pump (22), sets up hot water pipeline of the same kind on the cold of unit, hot water import pipe (15), and this way hot water gets into in heating absorber heat exchange tube, add weak solution pipeline of the same kind on solution pump outlet pipe (12) of unit, this way weak solution gets into the heating absorber through the cooling of heating solution heat exchanger and sprays, add cryogenic coolant water replenishing pipe way of the same kind on the evaporimeter liquid bag (14) of unit, this way cryogen water gets into flash vessel liquid bag (26) as the moisturizing of cryogenic coolant water, heating cryrogenic fluid pump (22) in with flash vessel liquid bag cryogenic coolant water squeeze into and get into the flash vessel flash distillation after intensify gas gas heater (18). Abstract: The utility model discloses an electric and gas heater, mainly composed of an injecting pipe, electric heating pipes and a heating plate, wherein, the heating plate is combined with an air mixing chamber, a burner and an electric heating plate into a whole body; the back side of the heating plate is provided with the circular air mixing chamber communicated with the injecting pipe and two annular grooves concentrical with the air chamber; the electric heating pipes are arranged in the annular grooves; the front side of the heating plate is drilled with gas holes which are circularly provided and communicated with the circular air mixing chamber; circular comburant grooves are arranged along the end surfaces of the gas holes to realize the purpose of using two energy sources. The utility model has the advantages of high heating efficiency, capability of realizing three-stage electrothermal temperature regulation, uniform heating of a pot body, convenient operation and convenient maintenance; the utility model is suitable to be sued in cooking ranges.

Abstract: To study the blockage mechanism of gas-gas heater(GGH) in a wet flue gas desulfurization system,phase composition of scales on GGH was analyzed by X-ray diffraction,while velocity of demister inlet flue gas and concentration of droplet carried by the outlet flue gas measured as well as the demisting efficiency deduced.Results show that CaSO_4·2H_2O and CaSO_4 are the main components of the scale and the scaling process involves the fly ash.In the purified flue gas,the size distribution of droplet mainly lies in 10 to 30 μm.The demisting efficiency first increases and then decreases with rising gas velocity.When the gas velocity gets above 8 m/s,droplet reentrainment will occur,resulting in seriously lowered demisting efficiency.The overall demisting efficiency can reach only 68.67% due to poor distribution and high value of inlet gas velocity.The blockage of GGH mainly attributes to the low demisting efficiency,which allows the small droplets from desulfurization process into GGH.
