Abstract: A full premix and catalytic side fired condensing type gas heater comprises a controller, a gas control system, a fan, a main heat exchanger assembly, a fume extractor, housing and a water control system. The main technical characteristics are that the gas heater also comprises a mixer communicating to the gas control system, a catalytic burner of catalytic side fired combustor, and a condensing heat exchanger. The mixer and the catalytic burner are communicated to the fan. The utility model has the advantages of effective reduction on the production of the harmful pollutants such as nitric oxides and carbon monoxide from the gas heater, further improvement of the thermal efficiency, easy achievement of the top exhaust mode, no drop of the condensed water on the main heat exchanger and simple structure.

The exhaust smoke temperature correction method of the blast furnace gas-fired boiler is mainly designed for the exhaust smoke temperature correction method of the blast furnace gas-fired boiler provided with a gas heater and comprises the steps of respectively obtaining operating parameter guarantee value data of the gas heater and actually-measured operating data of boiler tail portion heated face; respectively calculating boiler exhaust smoke temperature deviation caused by a gas temperature deviation guarantee value of a gas heater inlet, the boiler exhaust smoke temperature deviation caused by gas temperature deviation guarantee value of the gas heater inlet and corrected boiler exhaust smoke temperature based on a first computational formula, a second computational formula and a third computational formula. The exhaust smoke temperature correction method of the blast furnace gas-fired boiler is simple, easy to operate, capable of ensuring the effectiveness and reliability of a correction result, providing a basis for performance analysis and examination and evaluation of the blast furnace gas-fired boiler of an iron and steel enterprise and has important practical significance.
