Add thermal release decompression integrated device sled including three -phase separator (1) and molecular sieve tower entry filter (F -101) that have the jacket heater coil pipe, dehydration pressure device sled divides fluid reservoir (V -201), regeneration gas heater (HE -201) and CNG compressor (C -201) including two molecular sieve towers (T -201A, T -201B), molecular sieve tower export filter (F -201), air cooler (A -201), regeneration gas, according to technology pipeline connection between each equipment, the sled dress is on steel structural framework. The integrated sled of CNG device, small transportation is convenient nimble, improves gas extraction from far -off regions and uses.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the cooling time of a negative pressure circulation type pulverized coal-blowing facility, to expand the nitrogen purge are of the facility, and to add a leakage check function to the facility.SOLUTION: A negative pressure circulation type pulverized coal-blowing facility comprises a pulverizer 1, a gas heater 2, a dust collector 3, an exhaust gas circulation unit 4, a diluting air supply device 5, and further, a hot air delivery pipe 8, a pulverized coal/exhaust gas pipe 9, an exhaust gas discharge pipe 10, a first duct 11 for diffusing the exhaust gas into the atmosphere, and a connection pipe 13. In the facility, there is provided a nitrogen gas supply unit 6 capable of supplying a nitrogen gas halfway from a second pressure control valve 15 of the connection pipe 13 to a circulation flow control valve 14, and halfway from the valve 14 to a gas heater 2. Further, a bypass pipe 16 connecting the pipe 10 and the diffusion port side of a first pressure control valve 12 is provided, and a check valve 17 is also provided to the bypass pipe 16.

Abstract: The invention discloses a device for reducing leather moisture content. The device is characterized in that a fan (1) is orderly connected to a gas heater (2) and a drying room (3), a hot water supply tank (12) provides heat for the gas heater (2), cold water subjected to heat exchange is heated by a buried pipe heat collector (14) and then is returned to the hot water supply tank (12), a regeneration blower (6) is respectively connected to a first moisture absorption device (4) and a second moisture absorption device (5) by a solar gas heating device (17), and heated air is used for desorption of the moisture absorption devices with a saturated adsorption degree. The device fully utilizes geothermal energy, reduces power consumption for water heating, greatly reduces power consumption, is environmentally friendly, fully utilizes an green energy source and improves regeneration efficiency of the moisture absorption devices.

The inner combustion heating device comprises a coke-quenching waste gas heater and more than one group of third gas-burned heater and fourth gas-burned heater, wherein the third gas-burned heater and the fourth gas-burned heater are the same in structure and mutually correlated; the coke-quenching waste gas heater comprises an inner flame path, a primary gas supplement pipe, a secondary gas supplement pipe, a central ring wall and a central passage; the inner flame path is isolated into more than one group of main inner flame path and auxiliary inner flame path; the auxiliary inner flame path is separated into three sections, namely, an inner section, a middle section and a lower section; in the upper auxiliary inner flame path and the lower auxiliary inner flame path and the main inner flame path, gas supplement combustion heating is carried out by utilizing a high-temperature combustible waste gas generated through dry quenching; the middle auxiliary inner flame path is internally provided with combustion chambers of the third gas heater and the fourth gas heater which are mutually correlated, and in the middle auxiliary inner flame path, combustion supplementary heating is carried out by utilizing a purified gas obtained after a crude gas is purified and recovered. The inner combustion heating device of the coal pyrolysis furnace makes up the insufficiency of the combustion amount of the high-temperature combustible waste gas and provides required sufficient temperature and heat for coal pyrolysis and carbonization without additionally providing an extra heating energy-consuming device, thus the inner combustion heating device is environment-friendly and economical, and the coking cost is reduced.
