TL;DR: In this paper, a spray drying system provided with a gas filtering system is described, which is intended for use in the pharmaceutical industry for aseptic production of sterile pharmaceutical products or in other industries e.g. production of food.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a spray drying system provided with a gas filtering system, which system is intended for use in the pharmaceutical industry for aseptic production of sterile pharmaceutical products or in other industries e.g. production of food, where an intake of sterile air for the drying process is necessary. The spray drying system for providing a particulate material comprises a spray drying chamber (3), after treatment equipment (4, 5) placed downstream of the spray drying chamber and a process gas heater (2) placed upstream in relation to the spray drying chamber (3), wherein an inlet filter (1) capable of removing microorganisms at a temperature below 140 °C, is placed upstream of the process gas heater (2) and that the process gas heater (2) is a non-flaking heater.

TL;DR: In this article, a gas flow rate adjuster and a gas heater are provided in a gas piping system, where a semiconductor device is heated by a heating part provided with a blowout hole 32 blowing out an inert gas from the peripheral part of a heating substrate.
Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the baking device and method capable of heat treatment making no difference in on surface heat history by equalizing the on surface temperature of semiconductor wafer in the PEB (Post Exposure Bake) step within the resist step using chemical amplification type resist. SOLUTION: A gas flow rate adjuster 34 and a gas heater 35 are provided in a gas piping system 31 of an inert gas led from the lower part into a processing chamber 11 of a heating part 5a of a PEB device. In such a constitution, a semiconductor device is heated by a heating part provided with a blowout hole 32 blowing out an inert gas from the peripheral part of a heating substrate 12 heating a mounted semiconductor wafer 10 to the surface side of the heating substrate later shifting the semiconductor wafer 10 to the cooling part of the PEB device to be cooled down. Through these procedures, a high integrated semiconductor device can be manufactured.

TL;DR: In this paper, an electric dust collector was used to trap combustion ashes in boiler exhaust gas from a coal burning boiler and an ash melting furnace 15 for melting the trapped combustion ashes.
Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ash melting furnace system for surely preventing the exhaustion of white smoke from a stack without using a gas/gas heater. SOLUTION: The ash melting furnace system comprises an electric dust collector 5 for trapping combustion ashes in boiler exhaust gas from a coal burning boiler and an ash melting furnace 15 for melting the trapped combustion ashes. Herein, a heat exchanger 20 is provided for heat exchanging melting furnace exhaust gas from the ash melting furnace 15 with air. The high temperature air heat exchanged by the heat exchanger 20 is mixed with the boiler exhaust gas in the wake flow of a desulfurizer 6 for the coal burning boiler. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI

TL;DR: In this paper, a two-stage absorption solar air conditioning system was proposed, where a vacuum tube heat collector with a compound parabolic reflector was used as a solar heat collector, and hot water generated by the solar heat collectors was used to drive the refrigerator to refrigerate a room for air conditioning.
Abstract: The invention relates to a novel two-stage absorption solar air conditioning system. In the technical scheme, a vacuum tube heat collector with a compound parabolic reflector is used as a solar heat collector, and hot water generated by the solar heat collector heats a solution in a two-stage lithium bromide absorption refrigerator by separate heat pipes to drive the refrigerator to refrigerate a room for air conditioning. An auxiliary gas heat source is arranged in the system, and when the heat of a solar heat source is insufficient, a gas heater is started for auxiliary heating. The system adopts the design of two pipelines, one part of generated hot water drives the refrigerator directly by heat pipes to refrigerate a room to reduce pipeline waste, and the other part is stored in a water tank for later use when hot water in heat pipes is insufficient. According to the measures, the utilization of solar energy can be improved synthetically, the energy is saved; and by using the novel heat pipe technology, heat exchange efficiency is increased, and high efficiency and energy saving can be obtained by the solar air conditioning system.

TL;DR: In this paper, a dry type electrostatic precipitator was used to reduce the concentration of dusts by cooling exhaust gas from a boiler which burns coal by an air preheater and heat recovery device, and further reducing the level of SOx by leading the exhaust gas to a desulphurizing device.
Abstract: PURPOSE: To save the space for treatment and reduce cost by reducing the concentration of dusts by a dry type electrostatic precipitator after cooling the exhaust gas from a boiler which burns coal by an air preheater and heat recovery device, and further reducing the level of SOx by leading the exhaust gas to a desulphurizing device. CONSTITUTION: The exhaust gas from a boiler 1 which burns coal goes, after passing through an air preheater 2, into the heat recovery section 3a of a gas heater of non-leak type or heat-medium type at temperature of 120-160°C to be cooled to temperature of 80-110°C, and then the exhaust gas is deprived of its dusts to below 100mg/Nm 3 by a dry type electrostatic precipitator. After this it is deprived of its dusts by a desulphrizer 5 by lime and plaster method, and at the same time its SOx is reduced to a specified concentration, and, in the state in which it is cooled to its saturation temperature its temperature is raised by a reheating section 3b of a gas heater of non-leak type and it is led to a chimney.
