Abstract: The utility model discloses a hot air jet type infrared drying device which comprises a conveying mechanism for conveying base material, a drying box arranged above the conveying mechanism, an infrared drying mechanism arranged in the drying box and a hot air jet mechanism, wherein the hot air jet mechanism comprises a blower, a gas heater and a plurality of hot air spray nozzles; and the blower is arranged above the drying box, the gas heater is arranged at the top part of the drying box and communicated with the blower, and the plurality of the hot air spray nozzles are respectively connected below the gas heater and respectively communicated with the gas heater. The hot air jet type infrared drying device can effectively improve the drying efficiency by increasing the hot air jet mechanism, be capable of quickly evaporating water in the base material and an outer-layer coating, avoid remaining the surplus water in pores of a blank of the base material, effectively reduce the reject ratio of finished products and reduce the consumption of energy.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low cost dehumidification element having various dehumidification performances, without passing through a sintering process using a binder or the synthesis process of an adsorbent. SOLUTION: The dehumidification element is constituted by slitting paper with an adsorbent stuck therein to a required product thickness in advance, and corrugating, and laminating or winding the paper while arranging end faces. The dehumidification apparatus is constituted by arranging a boss at the center of the dehumidification element and an outer circumference frame body around the outer circumference, and rotating to repeat adsorption and regeneration while pressing the outer circumference with an outer circumference pressing member. For a regeneration heat source, waste heat, natural energy, an electric heater, a gas heater, or a warm water heater is used. The apparatus is operated at a regeneration temperature of 100°C or less. A holder at the upper end of the post includes a clamp which retains a burner assembly in place with a heat reflector vertically spaced upward from the base. Fuel lines and suitable valving and fittings provide a controlled fuel flow to the heat reflector.
