Abstract: The invention discloses a reduction furnace cold spraying system and a spraying method. The reduction furnace cold spraying system comprises a gas workstation, a gas preheater, a gas heater, a powderfilling device, a spraying gun, a central control unit, an automatic mechanical arm, a reduction furnace clock cover bracket and a reduction furnace clock cover cleaning workstation; the reduction furnace clock cover bracket pushes a reduction furnace clock cover to perform a peripheral motion; the spraying gun performs a reciprocating linear motion and a reciprocating arc motion; and working carrier gas carries raw material powder to spray on the inner surface of the reduction furnace clock cover from the spraying gun to form a coating layer. The spraying system and method can realize high-speed spraying of the inner wall of a reduction furnace in an atmosphere; all monitoring and control operations are performed in the central control unit to realize full automation and intelligence of the inner wall spraying of the reduction furnace clock cover; through two-grade heating, the pollution of carrier gas and raw materials can be reduced to the greatest extent to guarantee original performances of the coating layer; and a low-pressure warehouse is used for storing the raw materials to solve the problems of easy oxidation and easy pollution of the raw materials.

Abstract: The invention relates to a melting furnace, in particular a two-chamber furnace for immersion melting of contaminated aluminum scrap, with a first and second furnace chamber, a gas heater, a flue gas circulation system and a device for thermal decontamination of the batch. The disadvantages of existing two-chamber furnaces (1) with regard to throughput and pollutant emissions are avoided in that the device has a decompression chamber (5) for the batch which is arranged separately from the two-chamber furnace (1), but which can be connected to it, and which contains hot flue gases from the first furnace chamber (3 ) can be flowed through.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To simplify operation of a gas heater and to make its use convenient by controlling heating power of a burner so that boiling point is maintained when boiling point is detected by means of a temperature sensor and upper limit temperature is maintained when boiling point is not detected. CONSTITUTION: When water is present in a vessel 3, the water boils at a temperature of T 1 , while the temperature of the bottom of the vessel is established corresponding to the boiling point. A control unit 6 detects boiling point and when boiling point is detected, heating power is decreased to maintain the boiling point by controlling a proportional valve 2. As evaporation of the water in the vessel 3 progresses and amount of the water decreases, the temperature T of the bottom of the vessel becomes higher than the boiling point. When the temperature T becomes higher than the boiling point by predetermined temperature of ▵T, solenoid valve 9 is closed to extinguish fire. COPYRIGHT: (C)1991,JPO&Japio

The main technical characteristics of the utility model are that the utility model also comprises an adjustment component connected with the other end of the spring which is capable of adjusting the pressure of gas outlet.
