TL;DR: In this paper, a control device for a microminiature turbojet engine and a starting control method thereof is presented. But the starting control mechanism is based on a starting motor, a hot piston and a propane gas valve.
Abstract: The invention discloses a control device for a microminiature turbojet engine and a starting control method thereof. The device comprises a rotating speed sensor for collecting the rotating speed of an engine, a temperature sensor for collecting exhaust temperature, a switch controller, a throttle controller, an electronic control unit (ECU) and an executing mechanism, wherein the executing mechanism comprises a starting motor, a hot piston, a propane gas valve, a fuel protective valve and a fuel gear pump. The control method comprises the following steps: the ECU monitors the working state of the engine through the sensor, and outputs a pulse-width modulation signal to a power drive circuit to control the starting motor, the hot piston, the propane gas valve, the fuel protective valve and the fuel gear pump so as to complete starting control to the engine; functions of establishing fuel pressure and adjusting fuel quantity can be realized by the fuel gear pump after starting of the engine is completed; and fuel can be accurately supplied to ensure that the engine operates in an expected working state. The device can be used for a microminiature delivery vehicle, and the executingmechanism of the device has the advantages of simple structure, small volume and light weight, and easily realization of reliable and efficient control to the engine.

TL;DR: New models are developed to predict the motor power consumption from easily measurable process settings for a particular machine geometry and these models will help to determine the effects of individual process settings on the drive motor energy consumption and optimal motor energy efficient settings for single screw extruders.
Abstract: Extrusion is one of the most important production methods in the plastics industry and is involved in the production of a large number of plastics commodities. Being an energy intensive production method, process energy efficiency is of major concern and selection of the most energy efficient processing conditions is a key aim to reduce operating costs. Extruders consume energy through motor operation (i.e. drive to screw), the barrel heaters and also for cooling fans, cooling water pumps, gear pumps, screen pack changing devices etc. Typically the drive motor consumes more than one third of the total machine energy consumption. This study investigates the motor power consumption based on motor electrical variables (only for direct current (DC) motors) and new models are developed to predict the motor power consumption from easily measurable process settings for a particular machine geometry. Developed models are in good agreement with training and unseen data by representing the actual conditions with more than 95% accuracy. These models will help to determine the effects of individual process settings on the drive motor energy consumption and optimal motor energy efficient settings for single screw extruders.

TL;DR: In this article, a multi-rotor UAV variable spraying system for prevention and cure needs of different crops is presented. But the system is not applicable to all crops, and the applicability of variable spraying is limited to different crops.
Abstract: The invention discloses a multi-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle variable spraying system, wherein a power source is fixed on an upper support plate; a pesticide box and an electric gear pump are fixed on a lower support plate; sprayers are symmetrically mounted below rotors at two sides of an unmanned aerial vehicle frame through fixed rods; a liquid outlet of the pesticide box is connected into a liquid inlet of the electric gear pump, and a liquid outlet of the electric gear pump is connected into liquid inlets of the sprayers at the two sides of an unmanned aerial vehicle through a tee joint According to the system provided by the invention, the sprayers are mounted below the rotors, the defect that ultra-low-volume spraying is liable to drift is avoided, and the penetrability of droplets is enhanced; by adopting the way that centrifugal atomizing spraying is combined with the electric gear pump, the phenomenon that the ultra-low-volume spraying is unstable and incoherent is overcome, through the manner of switching the sprayers and adjusting the rotating speed of a pump motor, the variable spraying is realized, the spraying system is applicable to prevention and cure needs of different crops, the loss of pesticide liquid is reduced, a remote controllable module is additionally arranged, the spraying volume can be automatically adjusted according to the flight speed of the unmanned aerial vehicle, and the waste of resources is reduced

TL;DR: In this article, a trochoid pump composed of an inner gear and an outer gear is used as a fluid pump such as a fuel pump for an automotive vehicle, where an inner imbalance load inherently developing in the pumping chambers is suppressed or canceled by an outer imbalance load generated by pressurizing fluid introduced into blade ditches formed on an outer periphery of the outer gear.
Abstract: A trochoid pump composed of an inner gear and an outer gear is used as a fluid pump such as a fuel pump for an automotive vehicle. An inner imbalance load inherently developing in the pumping chambers is suppressed or canceled by an outer imbalance load generated by pressurizing fluid introduced into blade ditches formed on an outer periphery of the outer gear. Positions of a pressure-introducing port and a pressure-releasing port for the blade ditches are selected so that the outer imbalance load is imposed in a direction opposing the inner imbalance load. An amount of the outer imbalance load is made equal to an amount of the inner imbalance load to eliminate undesirable effects of the inner imbalance load.

TL;DR: An oval gear pump for shear-sensitive fluids was used in dispensing metered amounts of food syrups, condiments, or other thick or viscous liquids as discussed by the authors.
Abstract: An oval gear pump for shear-sensitive fluids particularly suited for use in dispensing metered amounts of food syrups, condiments, or other thick or viscous liquids. The viscosity of some of such materials tends to degrade when excessive agitation is incurred. The gear pump minimizes such agitation by sweeping integrated masses of substantial volume between the inlet and the outlet. The pumping system also provides a flow-sensing device including a tubular magnet movable against spring pressure by fluid flow to an operated position. When the magnet is in the operated position, an adjacent external switch is operated to produce a signal indicating flow. The pumping system is particularly adapted for use in connection with ice cream dispensing machines.
