TL;DR: In this article, a closed center hydraulic system that features a pair of variable displacement, engine driving hydraulic pumps, the displacement of which is responsive to the demands of the system is described.
Abstract: An excavator has a number of different hydraulically powered functions that are controlled by a closed center hydraulic system that features a pair of variable displacement, engine driving hydraulic pumps, the displacement of which is responsive to the demands of the system. The flow to the various hydraulic motors is controlled by pilot operated load sensing control valves that direct fluid pressure to a load sensing line when one of the hydraulic motors in the system is being operated. The load sensing line is connected to the control system of the pumps to place the pumps in stroke when a flow of pressurized fluid is required. The flow of the load sensing pressure to the controls for one of the pumps can be optionally disconnected to place said pump in a standby condition and thereby reduce the flow capacity of the hydraulic system at the option of the operator.

TL;DR: A gear assembly for automobile transmissions includes a pair of driving and driven gears permanently in meshing engagement with each other to provide a torque transmission therebetween, and an additional gear relatively rotatable at one side of either one of the gears and being permanently engaged with the other gear to rotate at a gear ratio different from that of the driving and driving gears as mentioned in this paper.
Abstract: A gear assembly for automobile transmissions includes a pair of driving and driven gears permanently in meshing engagement with each other to provide a torque transmission therebetween, and an additional gear relatively rotatable at one side of either one of the gears and being permanently in meshing engagement with the other gear to rotate at a gear ratio different from that of the driving and driven gears, and in which the additional gear is resiliently in contact with one end face of the gear adjacent thereto to restrain a relative rotation between the driving and driven gears. The toothed portion of the gear adjacent to the additional gear is formed at one end thereof with an annular stepped portion for provision of a predetermined annular gap between the additional gear and one end of the toothed portion of the gear.

TL;DR: The pump insert has at least two pumps (1,2) and a drive element (11) for the pumps that is connected to a motor with suction and pressure bores for a hydraulic fluid and an arrangement that seals the pump insert fluid-tight with respect to the housing of the hydraulic unit as mentioned in this paper.
Abstract: The pump insert has at least two pumps (1,2) and a drive element (11) for the pumps that is connected to a motor with suction and pressure bores for a hydraulic fluid and an arrangement that seals the pump insert fluid-tight with respect to the housing of the hydraulic unit. The insert has a multi-part housing (3-5) in which two hydraulic pumps are arranged. Independent claims are also included for the following: a hydraulic unit for a vehicle brake system.

TL;DR: In this article, a two-component spraying system consisting of a first-material conveying system, a second-material-conveying system and a spray gun is described, where the output end of the mixing device is connected with the spray gun.
Abstract: The invention discloses a two-component spraying system which comprises a first material conveying system, a second material conveying system and a spray gun, wherein the structure of the first material conveying system is identical to that of the second material conveying system; a discharge port of a first material conveying pump of the first material conveying system is communicated with a mixing device through a first material conveying pipe; a first gear pump and a first flow meter are sequentially arranged on the first material conveying pipe; the output end of the mixing device is connected with the spray gun; the output end of a programmable logic controller (PLC) is respectively connected with the control ends of the first gear pump and a second gear pump; and the output ends of the first flow meter and a second flow meter are respectively connected with the input end of the PLC. In the invention, the PLC and the flow meters are used for accurately controlling the flow and the ratio of two-component coatings, and the flow and the ratio are automatically regulated by utilizing programs; and the ratio regulation range of two components is wider.

TL;DR: In this paper, a gear pump with rotatably connectable bearing structures rotates into a meshing region in the gear plane to reduce cavitation occurrences in the fluid being pumped, and a pressurized fluid passageway is provided in at least one of the bearing structures.
Abstract: A gear pump for operating with reduced likelihood of cavitation occurrences in the fluid being pumped thereby, the pump having a pair of gears each supported on a corresponding one of a pair of gear with teeth provided in each gear that mesh with at least one tooth of the other when such teeth have been rotated into a meshing region in the gear plane, and with one of the gear shafts being rotatably connectable to a motor. Bearing structures rotatably support corresponding ones of each of the pair of gear shafts with the bearing structures having bearing surfaces adjacent those gear sides. A pressurized fluid passageway is provided in at least one of the bearing structures across from the meshing region and extending between surface openings at the bearing surface of that bearing structure that are positioned on opposite sides of an alignment axis in that bearing surface, the surface openings being separated from one another by at least the width of a tooth provided in the pair of gears.
