Abstract: The invention relates to a device and method for strengthening a gear of a gear pump by using underwater laser impact. Gear workpieces are mounted on a multistage mandrel, the multistage mandrel is provided with a plurality of mandrel shoulders where the gear workpieces of different sizes can be mounted, and a whole workpiece system is located in an aqueous solution. Strong laser emitted by a high-power pulsed laser generating device is focused on the surface of the gear, and a large number of high-pressure plasma is induced by high-energy laser and impacts the surface of the gear at a high speed so as to form primary impact waves; and furthermore, when the aqueous solution is broken down by the laser, air bubbles are produced nearby the surface of the gear, the air bubbles swell after the air bubbles continue to absorb laser energy, the surface of the gear is impacted when the air bubbles burst finally so as to form secondary impact waves, and uniform and stable dislocation, refined grains and surface-layer residual compressive stress can be formed on the surface layer and subsurface layer of the gear under the integrated action of the two kinds of impact waves, so that the contact strength and fatigue resistance of the gear workpieces are improved effectively, and the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the gear workpieces are improved.

Abstract: The utility model relates to a two-oil-circuit micro hydraulic pump station belonging to the power output mechanism of the hydraulic machinery field and can be widely applied to the hydraulic machinery field, comprising a motor, an oil circuit integrated block and an oil tank. The inner portion of the oil circuit integrated block is provided with a shaft coupling whose one end is connected with the motor and the other end is connected with a single-way gear pump in the oil tank. The single-way gear pump is connected with an oil filter. The oil circuit integrated block is provided with a hydraulic lock, a pressure adjusting valve and two electromagnetic reversing valves. The oil circuit integrated block is provided with four oil outlets. Two sets of oil circuits can separately control two actuator elements. The utility model has the advantages of high pressure, long service life, no leakage, vibration resistance, water resistance, dust proofing, compact structure, small volume, convenient assembling, convenient repair, etc.
