Abstract: The embodiment of the invention provides a metal shell, a fabrication method thereof and a mobile terminal. The metal shell comprises a back cover and an intermediate frame, wherein the back cover andthe intermediate frame are connected to form an inner cavity of the metal shell, at least one antenna slot is formed in a corresponding part on the back cover and/or the intermediate frame, glue grabbing structures are respectively arranged at parts, at two sides of the antenna slot, of an inner side surface of the intermediate frame, gear shaping grooves are formed in the glue grabbing structures, the antenna slot is filled with plastic, and the glue grabbing structures are coated with the plastic. In the metal shell disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, the glue grabbing capabilityof the glue grabbing structures are improved by the gear shaping grooves, the bonding capability of the metal shell and the plastic is effectively improved, so that the mobile terminal can be prevented from being abandoned due to separation of metal and the plastic during falling or maintenance and disassembly, and the brand quality and competiveness can be improved; and moreover, the gear shapinggrooves can be formed in protruding parts by a mode of gear shaping, the metal shell is not needed to be partitioned into multiple segments for drilling and injection molding after processing, the processing technology is simplified, and the processing cost is reduced.

By means of the constant cutting force gear processing method basedon deep reinforcement learning, through additional arrangement of the deep reinforcement learning network, the purpose of automatic gear shaping of the gear shaping machines with constant cutting force is achieved, the power of the gear shaping machines is fully utilized, the cutting efficiency of the gear shaping machines is greatly improved, and meanwhile the processing quality of workpieces and the stability of the processing process are ensured.

After gear shaping machining, the middle portion of the clearance-groove-free double-helical gear is subjected to plating layer anti-carburizing heat treatment protection, after heat treatment, a protective plating layer is removed through a chemical method, and then, grinding is conducted through a saucer-shaped grinding wheel. Due to the fact that the middle portion of the double-helical gear is not subjected to carburization strengthening, the gear face of the middle portion of the double-helical gearcan be cut off through a common milling method, and thus, the middle portion does not take part in engagement but has the effects of being connected with the gear faces on the two sides and improvingstrength. Through the grinding method, grinding of the clearance-groove-free double-helical gear is achieved, and the strength of the clearance-groove-free double-helical gear is improved compared with a clearance groove type double-helical gear.

The limiting device iscomposed of a sliding block, a sliding block mounting groove and an elastic element, and the sliding block is installed in the sliding block mounting groove through the elastic element. The sliding block mounting groove is formed in the gear sleeve. Gear teeth matched with the sliding block mounting groove are arranged on the outer surface of the sliding block. The machining technology comprises the following steps that the gear sleeve and the gear core are subjected to the processes such as normalizing, rough turning, finishing turning, gear hobbing, gear shaping and anti-rust oil applying, then are subjected to carburizing heat treatment, and then are subjected to polishing, ultrasonic cleaning, assembling, anti-rust oil applying and packaging, and a finished product is obtained. The prepared synchronizer assembly has the advantages that synchronize axial movement is not prone to occurring, the service life is long, abrasion is not prone to occurring, and the strength is high.
