Abstract: A combined teaching aid for gear processing demonstration is a teaching aid for studying gear processing by combining a base plate with different gear processing modules mutually and drawing an envelope for gear processing based on a tooth profile of a simulation cutter. The teaching aid mainly compromises the base plate, a drawing board, a drawing board supporting plate, a large main gear, a small main gear, a gear shaping module, a tooth bar shaping module and a gear milling module. Two card slots in an upper shift and a lower shift are arranged at the upper part of the base plate and are engaged with the drawing board supporting plate. The drawing board supporting plate is engaged with the lower card slot for assembling the small main gear; and the drawing board supporting plate is engaged with the upper card slot for assembling the large main gear. The three gear processing modules are combined with the base plate, the drawing board, the drawing board supporting plate and the main gears, and an envelope can be drawn for each combination. A generating method and a forming method can be demonstrated and contrasted to show differences, advantages and disadvantages obviously.

Abstract: The invention discloses a radial positioning type external gear ring gear shaping clamp. The radial positioning type external gear ring gear shaping clamp is composed by a base, a pull rod, a threaded rod, an open gasket, pins and springs together. The base is installed on a matched slotting machine working table in a positioning mode, the pull rod is axially inserted into an internal hole of the base, the upper end of the pull rod is in the shape of hexagon and is provided with an annular groove for containing the open gasket, the threaded rod for axial adjustment is arranged in the center of the upper end of the pull rod, radial through holes are evenly formed in the part, corresponding to the inner wall of a workpiece, of the circumference of the pull rod, one pin is assembled in each radial through hole in a clearance fit mode, and the bottom end of the threaded rod and the inner ends of the pins are used in cooperation to form a structure with adjustable radial displacement. According to the radial positioning type external gear ring gear shaping clamp, on one hand, the inner wall of the workpiece is supported by evenly distributed pins, the rigidity of the workpiece is improved in the shaping, cutting and clamping process, and cutting deformation is reduced; on the other hand, the fit clearance between the workpiece and the base is evenly divided through the pins which extend equivalently in the radial direction, and therefore, positioning accuracy can be easily improved.

Abstract: The invention relates to a face gear shaping machining method and a tool The method comprises the steps that: 1) a face gear to be machined is clamped on a working table of a column gear shaping machine through a corresponding tool, wherein the tool comprises two supports, a horizontal rotating shaft and a vertical shaft, the supports are fixedly assembled on a working table of the column gear shaping machine, the horizontal rotating shaft is assembled on the two supports in a rotating manner by two ends, and a vertical shaft is in coaxially and fixedly assembled on a rotary table of the column gear shaping machine; the two supports are arranged at two sides of the rotary table of the column gear shaping machine in the radial direction; the face gear to be machined is fixed and clamped at one end of the horizontal spindle close to a shaping cutter of the column gear shaping machine coaxially; the horizontal rotating shaft and the vertical shaft are in transmission connection with a pair of bevel gears arranged on the horizontal rotating shaft and the vertical shaft respectively; and the axis of the shaping cutter is in same plane with the axis of the vertical shaft and an included angle gamma is formed between the horizontal rotating shaft and the plane of the two axes; and 2) the column gear shaping machine is started so as to carry out shaping machining The machining to the face gear on an ordinary column gear shaping machine is realized

Abstract: The invention relates to the technical field of gear machining, and discloses a straight-tooth conical-tooth gear shaper for gear machining. The straight-tooth conical-tooth gear shaper for gear machining comprises an operating table, a hydraulic cylinder is fixedly mounted at the top of the operating table, a top plate is fixedly mounted at the bottom of the hydraulic cylinder, and supporting rods are fixedly mounted at two ends of the bottom of the top plate; the tops of the two supporting rods are sleeved with dials, the bottoms of the two dials are movably connected with gear-shaping plates in a clamped mode, the middles of the supporting rods are in threaded connection with threaded rings, and a supporting frames is fixedly mounted at the right ends of the bottoms of the gear-shapingplates. According to the straight-tooth conical-tooth gear shaper for the gear machining, the purpose of good working effect is achieved by arranging the operating table, the gear-shaping plates, thehydraulic cylinder and the like, the two gear-shaping plates ascend and descend through the hydraulic cylinder, the supporting rods penetrate through the whole gear shaping plates as an up-and-down moving track, and then buffer springs and sleeves are additionally arranged at the bottoms of the supporting rods; and when the gear-shaping plates ascend and descend each time, the bottoms of the supporting rods are sleeved with the sleeves once.

Abstract: The invention discloses a hydraulic follow-up tool rest for a gear shaping machine. A tool shaft is arranged in a cylinder; a first oil chamber and a second oil chamber are formed between the tool shaft and the cylinder; the cylinder is provided with an oil inlet; a valve core is arranged in the tool shaft; the tool shaft is provided with an oil return port, a second oil chamber oil passing port and a first oil chamber oil passing port; and a first controllable closing station and a second controllable closing station are formed between the valve core and a cavity of the tool shaft. The valve core and a precisely configured oil path guarantee that the tool shaft closely follows up the valve core to synchronously move. Impact is prevented from being produced during processing and running the hydraulic follow-up tool rest; one-way oil supply is designed in the hydraulic follow-up tool rest; the tool shaft does reciprocating motion from top to bottom for reversing, namely, the reversing of the piston is controlled through the position of the valve core and is realized through a differential oil cylinder consisting of the tool shaft and the cylinder; the tool rest is simple in structure and reliable in movement. Due to the sectional design of the second oil chamber and the first oil chamber, the quick-return characteristic of a tool during the cutting processing of gear shaping is also realized.
