Abstract: In this paper, the gear shaping of some planetary gear was simulated. The simulation results show that via the gear shaping process, the gear tooth surface on the left has a single tooth pitch deviation of about 1.2 um, and the gear tooth surface on the right has a pitch deviation of 1.1 um, accordingly. By combining the simulation of two-dimensional and three-dimensional gear shaping models, this paper can not only realize accurately the gear shaping process of the planetary gear, but also provide some certain reference for the gear shaping processing.

Abstract: The invention relates to a material dividing mechanism comprises a vertical plate, a material dividing air cylinder installation plate, a material dividing air cylinder, a gear shaping a and a gear shaping b. The material dividing air cylinder installation plate and the vertical plate are fixedly and perpendicularly installed together. The material dividing air cylinder is installed on the material dividing air cylinder installation plate. Two push rods of the material dividing air cylinder are connected with the gear shaping a and the gear shaping b respectively. The material dividing air cylinder drives, the gear shaping a is returned, a product enters a riveting and pressing position to be riveted and pressed and at the same time, the gear shaping b is used for retaining materials. After riveting and pressing are finished, the material dividing air cylinder drives again, so that the gear shaping a divides materials and the gear shaping b is returned. According to the material dividing mechanism, automatic material dividing in a staggered mode is achieved, riveting and pressing can be performed continuously, the working efficiency of the material dividing mechanism is high and the quality of products is ensured.

Abstract: The invention discloses an outer gear ring gear shaping clamp with equally allocated fit clearance. The outer gear ring gear shaping clamp is composed of a platform base, ring seats, opening gaskets, pull rods, nuts and round rings. The outer wall of the upper end of the platform base is of a multi-circular bead structure, and the ring seats are located and mounted at the circular bead which is located at the bottom; the outer circle of the circular bead above the bottom circular bead is in clearance fit with an inner hole of a work piece; the middle circular bead is a conical shaft with thin upside and thick downside; the circular bead on the top is used for assembling shaft section of the outer screw thread of each nut. The round rings are formed by winding steel wires; the round rings sleeve between the conical shaft at the upper end of the platform base and the inner wall of the work piece; when the nuts are screwed, the round rings can move axially along the conical shaft at the upper end of the circular bead to form an adjustable reinforced structure in which the round rings support the inner wall of the work piece radially. By adopting the structure integrating axial positioning and radial support, the outer gear ring gear shaping clamp is simple in structure, convenient in work piece assembly and disassembly, precise in positioning, strong in anti-deformation capability and steady in gear shaping quality, and is particularly suitable for gear shaping of outer gear rings with thin walls.

Abstract: The invention discloses a gear shaping regulating device applied to a bevel gear. The gear shaping regulating device comprises a spiral supporting table; the spiral supporting table comprises a rotating shaft and a spiral oblique surface which is arranged around the rotating shaft; the rotating shaft is installed on a worktable and is driven to rotate by a motor which is positioned below the worktable; a fixing device for a to-be-machined gear is arranged at one side of the spiral supporting table; one side of the fixing device is rotationally connected with the worktable; and the other side of the fixing device is positioned above the spiral supporting table and is supported by the spiral oblique surface. The gear shaping regulating device applied to the bevel gear, disclosed by the invention, realizes rotation and inclination of the fixing device for the to-be-machined gear by utilizing the spiral oblique surface arranged around the rotating shaft, and is convenient and stable in regulation.
