Abstract: The invention discloses an automatic feeding device of a gear shaping machine. The automatic feeding device is composed of a containing plate, a transfer assembly, a workbench, the gear shaping machine, a mechanical arm control table, a first mechanical arm, a second mechanical arm, a third mechanical arm and a fastening assembly. The mechanical arm control table drives the first mechanical arm tocarry to-be-machined workpieces on the containing plate below the first mechanical arm to the transfer assembly. After finished products already machined by the gear shaping machine and located on the workbench are unscrewed through the fastening assembly, the mechanical arm control table drives the second mechanical arm to take down the finished products, then the third mechanical arm feeds theto-be-machined workpieces located on the transfer assembly to the workbench, the to-be-machined workpieces are fixed to the workbench through the fastening assembly, and gear machining of the next time is carried out with the gear shaping machine; and thus the effects of achieving gear machining automation and improving machining efficiency are obtained.

Abstract: The invention discloses a variable-transmission-ratio rack gear-shaping machining manufacturing method. The method comprises the following steps of S1, according to a gear-shaping cutter parameters and a geometrical shape, building a gear-shaping cutter tooth outline model; S2, obtaining a transmission ratio function; S3, obtaining an enveloping movement coordinate transformation matrix from a gear-shaping coordinate system to a machined rack coordinate system; S4, converting gear-shaping cutter mathematical model coordinates to the machined rack coordinate system, and obtaining an envelope mathematical model of a variable-transmission-ratio rack; S5, according to a conversion relation between a cutter position point instruction and motion axes, converting the cutter envelope motion trackinto machine tool machining codes; and S6, according to the obtained machining codes, achieving the variable-transmission-ratio rack gear-shaping machining on a four-axis three-linked gear-shaping machine tool. Design and a process are combined, the cutter envelope motion track is converted into the machine tool machining codes, finally, variable-transmission-ratio rack gear-shaping machining is achieved, and the advantages of being low in machining cost, convenient to machine and easy to obtain are achieved.

Abstract: The invention discloses an inverted-V-shaped gear processing method. The inverted-V-shaped gear processing method comprises the following steps of: preliminarily processing blank and processing the blank to form a gear with a positioning spigot, an addendum circle and a processing positioning hole; positioning and mounting the gear obtained in the last step on a gear shaping machine through the processing positioning hole, and processing out a left rotary gear or a right rotary gear on the addendum circle by the gear shaping machine; turning over the first gear in semi-finished product gears in the last step by 180 degrees, positioning and mounting the first gear on the gear shaping machine through the processing and positioning hole, and processing out a right rotary gear or a left rotarygear on the addendum circle by the gear shaping machine; measuring an included angle between a crossed point of left and right rotary gears of the first gear in the last step and a common point of the inverted-shaped gear, and processing other gears in the steps to form the right rotary gear or the left rotary gear after regulating an angle of a workbench of the gear shaping machine or the angleof a main shaft of the gear shaping machine according to the size of the included angle; and milling the processing positioning hole in a gear disc by a milling machine, thereby obtaining the inverted-V-shaped gear.
