TL;DR: In this article, a gear shaping machining method for cylindrical gears with inclined tooth surfaces is described. But the tool consists of two supports, a horizontal rotary shaft and a vertical shaft, and the two supports are disposed on a rotating table of the gear shaper for cylinear gears, the blank of the generator with the inclined tooth surface is coaxially fixedly clamped at one end of the vertical shaft.
Abstract: The invention relates to a gear shaping machining method for gears with inclined tooth surfaces. The gear shaping machining method includes steps: 1) manufacturing a blank of a gear with an inclined tooth surface; 2) clamping the manufactured blank onto a worktable of a gear shaper for cylindrical gears by a corresponding tool; and 3) starting the gear shaper for cylindrical gears, carrying out gear shaping machining and machining the gear with the inclined tooth surface by the aid of the common gear shaper for cylindrical gears. The tool consists of two supports, a horizontal rotary shaft and a vertical shaft, the two supports are disposed on a rotating table of the gear shaper for cylindrical gears, the blank of the gear with the inclined tooth surface is coaxially fixedly clamped at one end of the horizontal rotary shaft, the horizontal rotary shaft and the vertical shaft are in transmission connection with a pair of bevel gears, the axis of a gear shaping knife and the axis of the vertical shaft are coplanar, an included angle gamma is formed between the horizontal rotary shaft and the plane with the axis of the gear shaping knife and the axis of the vertical shaft, the distance E from the central line of the gear shaping knife to the axis of the horizontal rotary shaft, the radius Rm of the center of the to-be-machined gear with the inclined tooth surface and a helical angle beta of the to-be-machined gear with the inclined surface meet an equation of E=Rm X sin beta, and the distance L from a joint plane of the to-be-machined gear with the inclined tooth surface to the axis of the vertical shaft meets an equation of tan gamma=E/L.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a desired smooth surface to be cut with sufficient accuracy even in a shaper blade repeatedly vertically moved at a relatively slow cutting speed when an outer peripheral surface of a portion in an axial direction of a workpiece with a shaft shape is cut by a gear shaping machine to form an engagement tooth. SOLUTION: The gear shaping machine can form a plurality of engagement teeth 5 on the outer peripheral surface of the portion 22a in the axial direction of the workpiece 22 in its circumferential direction in the state that an axis 4 of the workpiece 22 with the shaft shape is vertically directed. The gear shaping machine 1 is provided with the shaper blade 36 repeatedly vertically moved I, J and cutting the outer peripheral surface of the portion 22a of the workpiece 22 at descending movement to form the engagement tooth 5; and a lubricant feeding device 48 for injecting and feeding oil mist 47 toward a cutting clearance 46 between a flank 36a of the shaper blade 36 at cutting and a surface 22b to be cut from above the cutting clearance 46. Abstract: The invention discloses a fixture tool for gear shaping processing. The fixture tool is characterized by comprising a pull rod, a core base and a replaceable bellows sleeve; the pull rod is embedded in the core base; the replaceable bellows sleeve is embedded out of the core base; an upper gasket is arranged among the core base, the right end of the replaceable bellows sleeve and the pull rod; a lower gasket is arranged at the left end of the core base; a blank to be processed is arranged between the upper gasket and the lower gasket; and the lower gasket is tightly connected with the core base through fastening screws symmetrically distributed up and down. Through positioning of the pull rod and the core base and fastening of the fastening screws symmetrically distributed among the core base, the lower gasket and the upper gasket, the fixture tool realizes accurate positioning and reliable fixation of the blank to be processed, prevents the fixture looseness in the gear shaping processing, reduces the processing errors, and has the advantages of simple structure, convenience for use and high processing precision.

Abstract: An embodiment of the invention provides a three-dimensional modeling method for an involute gear tooth profile surface of gear shaping machining. The method comprises the steps of simulating a machining movement of one-time radial feeding of a cutter according to parameters of the cutter and a gear, and building a three-dimensional model of the gear shaping machining; according to the three-dimensional model of the gear shaping machining, simulating circumferential linear feeding and circumferential rotational feeding of the gear shaping machining, and building a three-dimensional model of full tooth profile machining; and according to the three-dimensional model of the full tooth profile machining, repeatedly building the three-dimensional model of the full tooth profile machining on a workpiece in a circumferential direction until the machining is finished, thereby obtaining a three-dimensional model of gear machining. The three-dimensional model of the gear machining is built in a machining simulation mode, and the actual surface condition of the gear formed by machining can be reflected intuitively, so that researchers can research characteristics and properties of the gear surface conveniently through the three-dimensional model; and the method has the advantages of good intuitiveness, high efficiency and high precision.

Abstract: The invention relates to a gear shaping machine, and relates to the technical field of gear machining equipment. The gear shaping machine comprises a workbench, a workpiece seat and a gear shaping cutter, wherein the workbench comprises a table top, and the workpiece seat is arranged on the table top; the gear shaping machine further comprises a waste scrap collecting device, wherein the waste scrap collecting device comprises a material collecting disc and a compression mechanism, and the compression mechanism comprises a compression cylinder and a compression assembly; and a blanking groovehole is formed in the table top, the material collecting disc is arranged below the table top so as to receive waste scraps falling from the blanking groove hole, the material collecting disc is obliquely arranged, the material collecting disc communicates with the compression cylinder, and the communicating position of the material collecting disc and the compression cylinder is positioned at thelowest end of the material collecting disc. According to the gear shaping machine, the influence of the waste scraps on the machining quality of a workpiece can be reduced.
