TL;DR: In this article, a super large gear for a rotary kiln and a preparation method for the preparation of the gear is described. But the preparation process is not discussed. But it is assumed that the gear will be subjected to local quenching and carburizing technological treatment, so that the hardness and wear resistance of the tooth surfaces of the gears are remarkably improved, the fatigue performance to the gear are reduced, and the service life of the equipment is prolonged.
Abstract: The invention relates to a superlarge gear for a rotary kiln and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps of smelting, casting forming, blank preheating, isothermal normalizing, turning machining, hobbing and gear shaping, gear shaving, local quenching, tempering, carburizing, abrasive machining and preservative treatment. An optimized improvement is made on the material of the gear and the gear manufacturing process, so that the superlarge gear for the rotary kiln has good mechanical performance. Especially, the gear is subjected to local quenching and carburizing technological treatment, so that the hardness and wear resistance of the tooth surfaces of the gear are remarkably improved, the fatigue performance to the gear is reduced, and the service life of the gear is prolonged. Accordingly, the rotary kiln device integrally achieves the advantages of safety operation, reliable quality, long service life and the like, and meets the actual using requirements of an enterprise.

Abstract: The invention discloses an air floating gear shaping fixture and a gear shaping machine. The air floating gear shaping fixture comprises an air floating assembly, a rigid gear supporting structure anda clamping mechanism, wherein the air floating assembly is provided with a positioning inner hole, multiple air outlet holes are formed in the inner wall of the positioning inner hole and distributedin the circumferential direction of the positioning inner hole; the rigid gear supporting structure is used for limiting the axial position of a rigid gear in the positioning inner hole; and the clamping mechanism is used for clamping the rigid gear in the positioning inner hole to the rigid gear supporting structure. When the clamping mechanism is in a loosening state, the rigid gear is placed in the positioning inner hole of the air floating assembly, compressed air is sprayed out from the air outlet holes, the rigid gear floats and is centered, and then the rigid gear is clamped by the clamping mechanism. According to the technical scheme, with adoption of air floating centering, the centering speed is high, accuracy is high, and labor intensity of workers is greatly reduced. The air floating gear shaping fixture further has a self-cleaning function, that is, after one rigid gear is machined, the rigid gear is taken out, then air of the air floating can be opened, iron scraps remaining on the air floating assembly and the rigid gear supporting structure can be blown out, and the clamping accuracy of the next rigid gear is guaranteed accordingly.
