TL;DR: In this paper, a motor gear shaping stator is characterized in which each stator tooth of a silicon steel sheet stator was provided with an tooth inserting groove, each tooth inserting hole was provided by a T-shaped head with a circular-arc-shaped face and each insertion tooth was inserted into a corresponding tooth inserting slot.
Abstract: The invention relates to a motor gear shaping stator. The motor gear shaping stator is characterized in that each stator tooth of a silicon steel sheet stator is provided with an tooth inserting groove, each tooth inserting groove is provided with an insertion tooth of a silicon steel sheet, each insertion tooth is provided with a T-shaped head with a circular-arc-shaped face and is inserted into a corresponding tooth inserting groove, the T-shaped head respectively seals open guide line grooves on the two sides, clearance exists between T-shaped heads of adjacent insertion teeth so as to form a notch, circular-arc-shaped faces of a plurality of T-shaped heads form an inner circle or outer circle structure of the stator. At assembling time, the silicon steel sheets are respectively stamped to form the stator sheets with tooth inserting grooves and insertion tooth sheets, the stator sheets and the insertion tooth sheets are respectively aligned and stacked to form the stator and insertion teeth, the stator and the insertion teeth are placed into formed windings one by one, and the stator can be formed as long as the insertion teeth are hit into the tooth inserting grooves. The motor gear shaping stator has the advantages of being exquisite in conception, reasonable in structure and simple in inserting coil technology. Especially, the stator guide line notch can be opened larger, automatic inserting coil of machines can be met, and the groove full rate is improved, subsequently, the insertion teeth are used for blocking open guide line grooves, so that the clearance between adjacent stator teeth is reduced, and the motor performance is improved.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors propose a gear-shaping clamp which consists of a core seat fixed on a gear shaper machine tool, a spherical-surface gasket, an extension-bellow sleeve, and a spherical surface pressing ring.
Abstract: The invention relates to a gear-shaping clamp, which is fixed on a gear shaper machine tool and comprises a core seat fixed on the gear shaper machine tool, a spherical-surface gasket, an extension-bellow sleeve, a spherical-surface pressing ring and a pull rod, wherein a stepped end is arranged on the core seat, and the spherical-surface gasket is fixed at the stepped end; the upper surface of the stepped end of the core seat extends upwards to form a mandrel, the extension-bellow sleeve penetrates through the spherical-surface gasket and is tightly sleeved on the mandrel, and the extension-bellow sleeve is positioned on the upper surface of the stepped end; and the spherical-surface pressing ring is located at the upper end face of the extension-bellow sleeve, and the pull rod penetrates through the spherical-surface pressing ring and the core seat. The gear-shaping clamp is high in positioning precision, very convenient and rapid for mounting and dismounting a workpiece and long in service life, and has the advantages of increasing the gear shaping precision, shortening the auxiliary time for machining the workpiece and increasing the machining production efficiency.
