Abstract: The invention relates to a method for fixing shaft parts in the process of gear shaping, in particular to a method for fixing the shaft parts on a worktable of a gear shaping machine by a clamping fixture, a press plate, a supporting block, double end studs, and hold-down nuts, wherein the clamping fixture consists of a pipe body and a lower flange provided with positioning holes, the pipe body is provided with adjusting bolt holes comprising screw threads, and the adjusting bolt holes are provided with adjusting bolts. The clamping fixture is fixed on a horizontal worktable of the gear shaping machine by T-shaped slotted nuts through the positioning holes of the lower flange, and a center hole of the clamping fixture is positioned at a workpiece hole of the worktable; the adjusting boltson the clamping fixture are adjusted to make the shaft parts coaxial to the gyration centre of the workpiece hole of the worktable; and the press plate is tightly pressed on the upper surface of a lug boss of the shaft parts by the hold-down nuts, and the shaft parts are fixed on the horizontal worktable.

Abstract: The invention discloses a fixing mechanism for shaping the gear of a synchronizer coupling, the fixing mechanism including a mandrel body, a pull rod, at least two expansion blocks and springs, wherein the middle part of the mandrel body is raised outwards to form an end face for fixing the coupling, the pull rod is connected to the mandrel body in a sliding manner along the axial direction of the mandrel body, the working end of the pull rod is provided with a pull head that takes the shape of an inverted cone, the at least two expansion blocks are circumferentially tightly fit with the pull head, the inner side of each expansion block is a conical surface fit with the pull head that takes the shape of the inverted cone, the outer side of each expansion block is provided with a groove, the springs are clamped and fixed in the grooves, a rubber seal ring is also arranged at the connected part of the pull rod and the mandrel body. The fixing mechanism for shaping the gear of the synchronizer coupling is simple in structure and easy to operate, can rapidly clamp the synchronizer coupling workpiece, and is convenient to perform gear shaping quickly, improved in machining efficiency of excircle gear of the synchronizer coupling workpiece, and reduced in cost.

Abstract: The invention discloses a gear shaping clamp for machining a shaft internal spline. The external locating problem is solved. According to the technical scheme, a tire base (1) of the gear shaping clamp special for machining the shaft internal spline is connected with a machine tool workbench through a T-type bolt (12); locating gaskets (10) are fixed to the tire base (1) through internal hexagonal cylindrical head screws II (9), locating sleeves (5) are arranged outside the locating gaskets (10) in a sleeved mode and are fixed to the tire base (1) through internal hexagonal cylindrical head screws I (3), and two supporting columns (2) and two double-end bolts (4) are fixed to the tire base (1); two hook pressing plates (6) are arranged on the upper portions of the double-end bolts (4) in a sleeved mode; springs (7) are arranged on the lower portions of the hook pressing plates (6) on the double-end bolts (4) in a sleeved mode; guide grooves are formed in the hook pressing plates (6), and the supporting columns (2) are sleeved with the guide grooves of the hook pressing plates (6); the double-end bolts (4) penetrate through kidney-shaped holes in the hook pressing plates (6), and the hook pressing plates (6) can move front and back. The gear shaping clamp has the advantages that the structure is simple, a workpiece is convenient and fast to replace, machining precision is high, and efficiency is high.

Abstract: The invention discloses a constant flow static pressure working table for a gear shaping machine or a gear milling machine. By constant flow static pressure technology, a static pressure cavity is formed on a central spindle, and lubricating oil is fed into the static pressure cavity by a constant pressure oil pump, so that an oil film is formed between the spindle of the working table and a pedestal to keep contact surfaces between the spindle and the pedestal in a constant pressure full-liquid lubricating state; therefore, the center of the working table is positioned well, a wear phenomenon is almost avoided during movement, and the rigidity and the accuracy of the working table are greatly improved and the life of the working table is greatly prolonged; and the pedestal is provided with a dual lead worm, and adjusting pads are arranged in both axial direction and radial direction of the worm, so the working table can work under a smaller backlash condition, and the dividing accuracy of a rotary working table can be improved.

According to the utility model, a processing gear is placed on the turntable; the limiting groove of the machining gear is matched with the gear limiting column for limiting; the first servo motor rotates; the turntable is rotated to a proper processing position; a second servo motor is used; the turntable drives the processing gear torotate; gear shaping or hobbing can be carried out on the inner wall and the outer wall of the machined gear; the nut and the electric telescopic rod are used for limiting; by means of the gear machining device, the machined gears can be placed and fixed on one side, the machined gears can be collected on the other side, and the gear machining device is convenient to use, easy to operate, high inefficiency, time-saving and labor-saving.
