Abstract: The utility model provides a cutter relieving device for a combing-cutter gear shaping machine, which is characterized in that a ram which can move up and down is arranged on an upright post of a gear shaping machine, a groove is arranged on the ram, and a cutter clamping body for placing a knife, which can lightly swing forwards and backwards is arranged in the groove; a geared sector which is engaged with a gear which is driven by frictional force is arranged on the upper end of the cutter clamping body, the other end of a gear shaft is provided with a driving gear, and the driving gear is engaged with a gear rack which is fixed on the upright post and is parallel to the moving direction of the ram. The device removes a cutter frame body which is arranged on the upright post and a cam drive mechanism which drives the cutter relieving device to move, and thus, the structure is greatly simplified, and the manufacturing cost is reduced. Additionally, the utility model also has the advantages of simple and convenient repair.

Abstract: FIELD: machine engineering, manufacture of gear shaping tools. ^ SUBSTANCE: gear shaper with restored thickness of tooth includes two parts coaxially mounted with possibility of rotation. Two sectional washers with inner diameter equal to mounting diameter of parts are coaxially arranged between said parts. Said washers are stuck to new non-worn portions at matching axes of teeth. One washer has locking eccentric pin with dial rolled-in to it with possibility of rotation; it enters radial groove of other washer. Said pin is designed for relative rotation of parts after each regrinding by angle set with use of dial and determined according to given formula. ^ EFFECT: enhanced stability of parameters of profiles of shaped gear wheels, improved accuracy of mounting gear shaper, increased strength and useful life period of it due to separate cutting and gradual adjusting of mutual rotation angle of gear shaper parts. ^ 7 dwg

Abstract: The invention provides a micro-fluidic chip, which includes: a substrate; shaping electrode on a substrate; a gear shaping electrode on the substrate; an insulating layer covering the gear shaping electrode on the substrate; an electrode slice in the insulating layer and in electrical contact with the gear shaping electrode; a patterned bonding member with a hollow structure on the insulating layer; and a cover plate for sealing the hollow structure of the patterned bonding member therein, wherein the cover plate has an inlet hole and an outlet hole that are both communicated with the hollow structure. The invention also provides a manufacturing method of the micro-fluidic chip. The invention combines immune adsorption with the electrical characteristics of cells, a non-uniform electric field can be formed in a flow channel through the gear shaping electrode structure simply, cells receive a dielectrophoresis force, and non-targeted cells can break away without affecting targeted cell adsorption, thus maintaining high efficiency of cell immune adsorption while improving the adsorption purity under a flow rate conducive to specific adsorption.
