This novel gear shaping machine, it can rotate the position of pinion cutter to be provided with rotary device, and the hydraulic telescoping rod of accommodate the lead screw cooperation simultaneously adjusts about can control the position of pinion cutter, and it is convenient to adjust, and the convenience is stronger when the operation, and the gear shaping is efficient, and needs that can the various operational environment of effectual adaptation are ordered.

In the workbench spindle structure of the gear shaper, which is provided in the utility model, a rolling structure is used to substitute a traditional sliding structure, thereby overcoming the defects that a large amount of manpower are needed and the precision is difficult to guarantee when the workbench of a traditional gear shaping machine is used, reducing the assembly difficulty of the machine and the assembly time, reducing manpower cost by about 85%, and improving the integral precision of the machine by one stage. In addition, the workbench spindle structure is convenient to operate and simple in structure, has wide application range, and is particularly applicable to middle-small size numerical control machines.
