Abstract: The utility model provides a take grinding device's gear shaping machine, the inside supporting seat that is equipped with of organism, the supporting seat top is equipped with the connecting rod, connecting rod upper portion is equipped with the rotation connecting axle, it is connected with the revolving stage to rotate the connecting axle, the revolving stage top is equipped with the boss, be equipped with fastener around the boss, the organism top is equipped with the bracing piece, the bracing piece top is equipped with the mount, the mount middle position is equipped with screw push rod,last first slider and the second slider of being equipped with of screw push rod, first slider bottom is equipped with first telescopic link, first telescopic link bottom is equipped with the serrated knife of connecting through first pivot, second slider bottom is equipped with the second telescopic link, second telescopic link bottom is equipped with the mill of connecting through the second pivot. Abstract: The invention provides a gear shaping tool. The gear shaping tool comprises a body, a joint disc, a connecting disc, a positioning disc, a swelling sleeve, a draw bar and an upper cover. A plurality of body threaded holes are evenly distributed around the center of the body, a plurality of body through holes are distributed in the outer sides of the body threaded holes, and a plurality of body fixing holes are evenly distributed in the side edge of the body. The body is further provided with a plurality of liquid flowing grooves. The joint disc is fixed on the body, the center of the joint disc is provided with a joint disc through hole which shares the same axis with the center of the body, and the draw bar is fixed with the connecting disc. The swelling sleeve is connected to the connecting disc. The positioning disc is provided with a plurality of screw holes and liquid flowing grooves matched with the body, and the positioning disc is installed inside the swelling sleeve and is fixed on the body through a bolt by the way of penetrating the screw holes of the positioning disc. The upper cover is provided with a center through hole and is fixed on the body. The gear shaping tool has the advantages that the above method is used for machining and fixing, workpieces are guaranteed to be accurate in fixing, even in stress and complete in machining, damage on the workpieces is avoided, and resources are saved.

The tool holder body is supported on a stand by flanges and the shafts matched with the upright column and the tool holder body are eccentric shafts. The utility model adopts the shaft matched with the upright column and the shaft matched with the tool holder body to be eccentric shafts. The height of the support hole of the tool holder body and the heights of the left and the right of the tool holder body can be adjusted when rotating the flanges. The height of the support point of the tool holder body can be adjusted by rotating the flanges when the lateral precision of the gear shaper is running out, so the angle of the movement of the main shaft can be adjusted. The gear shaper adopted the utility model dose not need to disassemble the parts of the tool holder body when adjusting the lateral precision and add the joint surface of upright column, so the utility model has the advantages of simple adjustment and convenient operation.
