Abstract: The utility model discloses a numerical control fan gear shaping machine provided with an upright post turning mechanism. The gear shaping machine mainly comprises a lower lathe bed, a worktable, a mid lathe bed, an upright post, a main drive mechanism and a knife rest mechanism, wherein, the upright post turning mechanism is arranged between the mid lathe bed and the upright post; the upright post turning mechanism has the structure: the front part of the upright post is hinged with a rotary hinge shaft arranged on the mid lathe bed, and the rear part of the upright post is hinged with an elevating mechanism arranged on the mid lathe bed; and the knife rest mechanism is hinged at the front part of the upright post. The utility model has the advantages that the upright post turning mechanism is utilized to adjust the cutting angle of a cutter, fan gears with constant angular speed ratio or variation ratio and with cutting angles ranging from 0 degree to 10 degrees can be processed, the upright post turning mechanism is simple and has high precision and efficiency and convenient adjustment, and the upright post turning mechanism is the easiest method of the cutting angle adjustment. The knife rest mechanism has good rigidity and can realize high speed cutting. A back-off device can ensure that the cutter back-off is accurate and does not lose or lag simultaneously, and the noise is very low with just over 70 decibels.

The device comprises a lower machine body, a rotating seat, a first hydraulic cylinder and an anti-skid rubber layer, a supporting frame is welded to the upper side of the lower machine body. a first hydraulic cylinder is transversely mounted at the top of the supporting frame; the lower side of the first hydraulic cylinder is in transmission connection with a telescopic rod; a slotting cutter is mounted at the lower end of the first telescopic rod; a groove is formed in the lower machine body; a motor is mounted at the bottom in the groove; a rotating seat is mounted at the upper end of the motor; the rotating seat is arranged on the upper side of the lower machine body; a second hydraulic cylinder is mounted in the rotating seat; the upper side of the second hydraulic cylinder is in transmission connection with a telescopic fixing rod; according to the gear shaping machine for speed reducer gear production, a gear can be rapidly fixed, gear shaping operation can be conveniently carried out on the gear, and the gear cutting accuracy can be improved.

Abstract: The invention relates to a shaft sleeve internal spline gear shaping clamp which comprises a clamp body, a pull rod, a cone body provided with a slant groove and a chuck which is arranged in the cone body and clamps a clamped workpiece tightly. The cone body is fixedly connected with the clamp body. The pull rod is fixedly connected with the chuck. An inrun matched with the slant groove in the cone body is arranged on the outer side wall of the chuck. An elastic transition sleeve is arranged on a contact face between the chuck and the clamped workpiece. According to the shaft sleeve internal spline gear shaping clamp, positioning datum and technological datum are unified, and an upper datum outer diameter and a lower datum center hole are used for being a common datum to carry out positioning. Clamping precision is high, a supporting point and a cutting point are basically arranged in the same cross section face, supporting rigidity is large, the structure is compact, and efficiency is high. The elastic transmission sleeve is used for shortening the distance between a clamping portion and a gear shaping portion and knife vibration is avoided. Thus, machining quality is ensured.
