Abstract: A device adjusting the inclination of the worktable of a gear slotting machine belongs to the parts of the gear slotting machine The main structure of the device comprises a main worktable shaft and a base, arc-shaped guideways are arranged between the base and a rotary tank, a worm is mounted on the base, a worm wheel is firmly combined with the rotary tank, and the worm is cooperated with the worm wheel With the cooperation between the arc-shaped guideways and the worm and the worm wheel, the device can ensure that a reversed taper angle can be kept stable and the stability and precision of gear slotting is high and also that the deflective swing amplitude of the surface of the worktable is reduced and the diameter of the surface of the worktable is enlarged, thus expanding the range of processing the outer diameter of a workpiece, meanwhile, angle adjustment is also convenient, not only are the processing specifications of an ordinary gear slotting machine maintained, but also processing on positive-angled and negative-angled inverse taper gear is realized, and the problem of processing an inverse taper gear with a large diameter is resolved

Abstract: A gear shaping apparatus in which a work piece to be shaped into a gear and a cutting tool undergo relative rotational movement about their axes, reciprocating movement parallel to their axes, and engaging/disengaging motion whereby their axes move towards and away from each other. A separate continuously operable computer operated control device is provided for causing each of these movements, each of the control devices being operable mechanically independently of the others.

Abstract: The utility model relates to a gear shaping tool clamp for gear internal teeth. The gear shaping tool clamp comprises a gear machining machine table, wherein a positioning housing washer is arranged on the machine table, a convex ring is arranged on the upper end face of the positioning housing washer, a central spindle and an anti-rotating positioning key are arranged in a through hole in the middle of the positioning housing washer, the convex part of the upper end of the central spindle is provided with an external spline matched with an internal spline of a machined gear, a thread part at the lower end of the central spindle stretches out of the positioning housing washer and is connected with a locking nut, a threaded through hole is formed in the middle of the central spindle, an opening in the upper end of the threaded through hole is provided with a funnel-shaped conical surface, an expansion screw is in threaded connection in the threaded through hole, and the upper end of the expansion screw is provided with a conical surface which is matched with the funnel-shaped conical surface to make the convex part of the upper end of the central spindle expand. The clamp is simple in structure, and the machined gear is convenient and rapid to assemble and disassemble.
