TL;DR: In this paper, a vibration-suppressing mechanism for a gear-shaping machine is proposed, which is enabled to suppress mechanical vibrations at the time of shaping a helical gear by selecting an optimum balance weight.
Abstract: This aims to provide a vibration-suppressing mechanism for a gear-shaping machine, which is enabled to suppress mechanical vibrations at the time of shaping a helical gear by selecting an optimum balance weight. The vibration-suppressing machine is provided for the gear-shaping machine which performs the gear shaping on a work (W) with a cutter (T) mounted on a main spindle (26) of crank reciprocations. The vibration-suppressing machine comprises balance shafts (16 and 17) juxtaposed with respect to a crankshaft (15), for rotating at an identical rotation speed in synchronism with the crankshaft (15) and in the same and opposite directions as and to that of the crankshaft (15), main balance weights (41 and 42) removably mounted on the crankshaft (15), for suppressing the axial vibrations of the main spindle (26), and auxiliary balance weights (43 to 46) removably mounted on the balance shafts (16 and 17), for suppressing the vibrations of in directions perpendicular to the axial direction of the main spindle (26). Those individual balance weights (41 to 46) are selected on the basis of leads meeting the stroke width of the main spindle (26) and the torsional angle of the work (W).

TL;DR: In this article, a gear shaping machine is described, where a rod carries a pin 11 engaging an angularly adjustable block 13 which moves a block 14 connected to the worm and a conventional tool-relieving link 21 may be driven by the cam 5 or by another cam and may be disconnected if desired, the block 13 may be adjusted by a rack 22 associated with a spring loaded rack 25 for eliminating play, the rack 23 being moved by a screw 23 controlled manually or by an actuator 24.
Abstract: 1,182,668. Gear cutting. TOS CELAKOVICE NARODNI PODNIK. 23 March, 1967 [26 March, 1966], No. 13728/67. Heading B3L. In a gear shaping machine, the cutter 18 is rotated by worm gearing 15, 16 and tool relief means comprises a reciprocating rod 8 and adjustable means 11, 13, 14 driven by the rod for imparting an axial movement to the worm and thereby an additional angular movement to the cutter 18. The cutter is reciprocated by a crank 1 which also drives a cam 5 engaged by rollers 6, 7 to reciprocate the rod 8. The rod carries a pin 11 engaging an angularly adjustable block 13 which moves a block 14 connected to the worm. A conventional tool-relieving link 21 may be driven by the cam 5 or by another cam and may be disconnected if desired. The block 13 may be adjusted by a rack 22 associated with a spring-loaded rack 25 for eliminating play, the rack 23 being moved by a screw 23 controlled manually or by an actuator 24. In a modification (Fig. 5) hydraulic pistons adjust the block 13 to three predetermined positions.

TL;DR: In this paper, the utility model discloses a gear shaping adjusting device for helical gear, including a spiral supporting bench, including the axis of rotation and center on the spiral inclined plane, which is installed on the workstation, by being located the motor of workstation below drives and rotates a spiral supported bench one side sets up the fixing device who remains to be processed the gear, fixing device one side is rotated with the work station and is connected, and the opposite side is located a spiral support bench top, by the spiral slant supporting that inclines.
Abstract: The utility model discloses a gear shaping adjusting device for helical gear, including a spiral supporting bench, the spiral supporting bench include the axis of rotation and center on the spiral inclined plane that the axis of rotation set up, the axis of rotation is installed on the workstation, by being located the motor of workstation below drives and rotates a spiral supporting bench one side sets up the fixing device who remains to be processed the gear, fixing device one side is rotated with the workstation and is connected, and the opposite side is located a spiral supporting bench top, by the spiral slant supporting that inclines. The utility model discloses a gear shaping adjusting device for helical gear utilizes the rotatory slope that realizes waiting to process the fixing device of gear around the spiral inclined plane of axis of rotation setting, and it is convenient steady to adjust.

TL;DR: In this paper, a tool recession cam and two tool recession rollers are arranged at two sides of an in-phase belt wheel to guarantee the inphrase of the seesaw motion of the tool recession and the cutter shaft.
Abstract: The utility model discloses a gear shaper double-direction tool recession device belonging to the gear shaper parts. The utility model mainly includes a crank shaft and a cutter shaft; the crank shaft is connected with a journey shaft and is arranged with an in-phase belt wheel which is connected with the in-phase belt wheel by an in-phase belt. The in-phase belt wheel is connected with a tool recession cam and some tool recession rollers are arranged at two sides of the in-phrase belt wheel. By virtue of the mutual cooperation of two in-phrase gears, a tool recession cam and two tool recession rollers, the utility model implements the tool recession action when gear shaper is inserting the internal gear and the external gears, precisely guarantees the in-phrase of the seesaw motion of the tool recession and the cutter shaft, simplifies the structure of the machine tool and reduces the cost of the whole machine.
