Abstract: The invention discloses a method for processing a straight bevel gear without grinding a tooth root. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) roughly processing a gear blank, and establishing a gear-shaping processing foundation; (2) gear-shaping processing: performing uprooting processing on the gear by adopting a gear shaping tool which contains a boss cutting edge, wherein the starting point of uprooting is close to the starting point of meshing, and the uprooting amount on a gear root transition curve is 0-0.2 millimeters larger than the grinding allowance of the gear; (3) performing carburizing heat treatment; (4) finely processing the gear and the foundation; (5) grinding teeth; and (6) checking and warehousing. The method has the beneficial effects that the gear shaping tool which contains the boss cutting edge is used for performing gear-shaping processing for uprooting the straight bevel gear in gear-shaping processing, and the straight bevel gear is subjected to tooth grinding processing, so that smooth switching of a tooth surface and a gear root transition curve is realized, a boss of the gear root transition curve is eliminated, non-grinding processing of the tooth root is realized, a pressure stress surface layer of a gear root thermal treatment surface is kept, smooth switching is realized, and the bending strength of the gear is enhanced.

The gear shaping processing tool comprises a base, a press plate, a strut, a retaining frame, steel balls and a compression bolt, wherein the press plate is connected with the base through the compression bolt, one end of the inner side of the press plate is used for clamping a component, and the other end is provided with the strut for support; the retaining frame is arranged at the inner side of the base and below the press plate and provided with the steel balls; and a plurality of the steel balls can be arranged vertically. The gear shaping processing tool has the advantages of high centering accuracy and high processing precision, the component to be processed cannot be easily damaged and can be conveniently clamped and taken out.

Abstract: The invention relates to a duplicate gear shaping and deburring machining device. One end of a bottom plate is connected with a support plate through an intermediate pin, the upper part of the supportplate is connected with a bridge plate, the bridge plate is provided with guide rails, and a sliding block is installed on the guide rails. A cutter pad is installed at one end of the sliding block.A first electromagnetic valve and a second electromagnetic valve are fixedly mounted on a busbar, and the air outlet ends of a gas source triplex are connected with the first electromagnetic valve andthe second electromagnetic valve through pipelines in the busbar. The gas inlet end of the gas source triplex is connected to a gas source system through a residual pressure relief valve. The duplicate gear shaping and deburring machining device has novel structure, simple and convenient installation and debugging, stable deburring process and good deburring effect. Under the condition of not changing the original clamping and machining mode of a duplicate gear, the duplicate gear can be shaped and deburred synchronously after one-time clamping, and the problem that the original shaping and deburring of the duplicate gear need to be completed by two devices and two processes is solved.
