Abstract: The invention discloses a meshing drive structure for a rudder-shaped roller wheel and a cambered-surface enveloping wheel. Rollable rollers are arranged on a drive meshing face of the rudder-shaped roller wheel at equal interval, the external form of the cambered-surface enveloping wheel is a revolution surface formed by revolution of a concave arc wheel around an axis, a spiral track groove capable of meshing the rollers is arranged on the revolution surface, the rudder-shaped roller wheel and the cambered-surface enveloping wheel are subjected to meshing drive through a plurality of rollers at the same time, and the cambered-surface enveloping wheel envelops the rudder-shaped roller wheel. Compared with gear set drive, the meshing drive structure disclosed by the invention has the advantages of large drive ratio, stability in operation, compact structure, small size and no noises; and compared with worm drive, the meshing drive structure is characterized by changing toothed sliding friction of a worm and worm gear into rolling friction of the rollers and has the advantages of small abrasion, long service life, high efficiency, low energy consumption, large bearing capacity and large designable drive ratio range. For the manufacturing of the rudder-shaped roller wheel, gear hobbing, gear shaping and other manners art not adopted for machining teeth any more, and a simple drilling, milling and twisting manner is adopted for machining an assembly type structure, so that the manufacturing cost is reduced.
