Abstract: Fork truck prolongs arm. The utility model provides a simple structure improves the extension distance, the fork truck prolongs arm of the adjustment of being convenient for. The extension arm includes lifter arm body and complementary unit, the top surface of lifter arm body has a plurality of slots, the lateral surface of lifter arm body is equipped with the caulking groove that is rectangular shape, complementary unit includes roof and abaculus, the abaculus articulates on the roof, the bottom surface of roof is equipped with a plurality of gear shapings, establish the gear shaping adaptation in the slot, establish the abaculus adaptation in the caulking groove. The utility model discloses at work, at first place the abaculus in the caulking groove, then, through rotatory roof, with the gear shaping setting on the roof in the slot of lifter arm body, realize reliably connecting, through the length of how much adjusting extension lifter arm body that realize to connect the gear shaping number, convenient operation. The utility model discloses a connection of connection, abaculus and the caulking groove of gear shaping and slot, both combined action have improved reliability, the steadiness of the extension of lifter arm body.

Abstract: The invention discloses a gear machining process. The gear machining process is characterized by comprising the following steps of (1), material selection, wherein a gear material is reasonably selected; (2), formation of a gear blank, wherein forging and casting are carried out; (3), rough machining of a gear, wherein gear blank machining, gear form machining and gear end machining are carried out, and redundant materials are cut off; (4), semi-finishing of the gear, wherein gear shaping is carried out on the gear; (5), heat treatment of the gear, wherein preheating, quenching and tempering are carried out; and (6), secondary finishing, wherein standardization is carried out on the gear, and the gear form is subject to finish machining to obtain a final finished product. The gear machining process has the advantages that the working procedures are simple and clear; and rough machining, semi-finishing and secondary finishing are carried out on the gear, so that the gear form is betterguaranteed, the machining efficiency is improved, the cost is saved, and meanwhile the quality of the gear is improved.
