Abstract: The invention discloses a main shaft rotary scraping device for a gear shaping machine workbench. The main shaft rotary scraping device comprises a lathe bed, wherein two tool clamps are arranged on the lathe bed; the upper parts of the tool clamps are provided with pulleys; fastening screws are connected with the tool clamps; and a steel wire rope passes through the pulleys and is hung on a hanging hook of a travelling crane. In the main shaft rotary scraping device for the gear shaping machine workbench, the gear shaping machine workbench is fixed through the tool clamps, the travelling crane is used for elevating and lowering, and scraping operation is completed by rotating the workbench through the steel wire rope. The main shaft rotary scraping device has wide adaptability and a simple structure, and is convenient to operate; and the main shaft rotary scraping device is particularly applied to a large-sized numerically-controlled machine tool, scraping operation of the workbench can be performed by only two operating persons, so that the labor cost and the place occupation are reduced.

Abstract: The utility model relates to a high-precision gear shaping device which belongs to the technical field of machine manufacture. The aim of the utility model is realized by that: the device consists of a thick hexagon nut, a gear shaping positioning element and a workpiece, and is characterized in that the thick hexagon nut is sheathed on the gear shaping positioning element, and the workpiece is arranged in the inner hole of the gear shaping positioning element. Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the high-precision gear shaping device has the following advantages and positive effects: eliminating the gap between the excircle of the workpiece and the inner hole of the gear shaping positioning element during gear shaping of a gear shaft, greatly reducing gear machining error, and improving gear machining precision.

Abstract: Provided is a device for automatic adjusting of a stand column angle of a gear shaping machine. One side of a stand column is hinged with a middle lathe bed body through a plug column, and a screw-nut device is arranged between the stand column and the middle lathe bed body on the other side of the stand column, wherein the screw-nut device is used for driving the stand column to rotate with the plug column as a circle center. According to the screw-nut device, a screw sleeve support seat is fixedly installed on the middle lathe bed, a screw sleeve is hinged with the screw sleeve support seat, and a threaded sleeve is fixedly installed inside the screw sleeve. A servo motor is installed on the stand column, the servo motor is connected with the screw rod through a universal coupling, and a screw rod is connected with the threaded sleeve. By adopting the mentioned structure, the servo motor drives the screw rod to rotate, and therefore the stand column is pulled in or pushed away and a flip-flop movement up and down is carried out to the stand column, and the turning angle of the stand column is controlled by controlling the number of circles of turning and the position of the servo motor. The device for the automatic adjusting of the stand column angle of the gear shaping machine has the advantages of being simple in structure, convenient to operate, and high in automation degree. A two-level universal coupling is adopted, the rotary transmission deviating from the pivot is enabled to be more stable.
