Abstract: The invention discloses a gear shaping fixture, which comprises a base and a pull rod. The lower end of the base is provided with an annular mounting boss; the mounting boss is provided with a bolt via hole along the axial direction; the top face of the base is a locating face; the pull rod is of a three-section step structure, and is provided with a conical section, a cylindrical section and a threaded section from top to bottom in sequence, wherein the upper part of the conical section is big, and the lower part of the conical section is small; the diameter of the cylindrical section is less than the minimum diameter of the conical section; the cylindrical section penetrates the interior of a center hole of the base; the threaded section is exposed on the bottom face of the base; the conical section of the pull rod is sheathed with an elastic sleeve; the upper end of an inner hole of the elastic sleeve is a conical horn mouth which is adaptive to the conical section; and the circumferential wall of the elastic sleeve is provided with an axial slot (6a). According to the gear shaping fixture disclosed by the invention, the inner hole wall of a gear blank is located through the elastic sleeve, the locating accuracy is high, and eccentricity can be well prevented. Moreover, the gear blank can be conveniently assembled and disassembled and as a gasket in a traditional structure is canceled, a gear shaper cutter can be effectively prevented from being opened, and defects of the traditional structure are well overcome.
