Abstract: The utility model belongs to the technical field of spline manufacturing, which particularly relates to an improved spline pair. The improved spline pair comprises a spline shaft, wherein the outer wall of the spline shaft is provided with at least three flat-bottom slots which are uniformly and annularly distributed on the outer wall. The two side walls of the flat-bottom slot are respectively mutually vertical to the bottom of the flat-bottom slot. The two side walls of the flat-bottom slot are mutually parallel with each other. As the spline shaft is adopted, the special forming tool is not required in the production and manufacturing of the spline slots, the special gear machining equipments such as special gear shaping machines or gear hobbing machines are not required, and a common turning and milling composite machine tool or a machining center with a C axis can be used for machining and manufacturing the flat-bottom slots. The spline pair is suitable for the numerical-control automatic production, greatly enhances the machining precision, decreases the machining difficulty of the spline pair, reduces the production and manufacturing costs of the spline, and has high economic benefit. The use principle and transmission efficiency of the improved spline pair are the same as those of the traditional spline pair, and the improved spline pair has high suitability and strong practicality.

Abstract: Face gear is the major parts of helicopter transmissions for split torque equipment. The process generation of face gear is critical factors to prevent the face gear drive to be applied. A novice method is proposed for face gear generated by use of a general shaper. Face gear design and geometry were investigated that include tooth generation, limiting inner and outer radii, tooth contact analysis of gear drive. A face gear with 89 teeth was generated successfully by the shaper. In order to demonstrate the bearing contact of face gear drive, an experimental investigation was also developed in the bevel gear meshing machine. The results show the bearing contact of face gear drive is correspondence to the computerized design, which validated the feasibility of face gear shaping by a general shaper.

The tool rest comprises a tool rest seat sleeve, a lead screw is rotationally arranged on the knife rest seat sleeve; a feed motor is fixedly arranged above theknife rest seat sleeve; an ejector rod piston is coaxially arranged in an inner cavity of the knife rest seat sleeve, a lead screw nut is fixedly arranged on the ejector rod piston, an ejector rod isfixedly and coaxially arranged at the lower end of the ejector rod piston, a knife rest is coaxially and fixedly arranged below the knife rest seat sleeve, a knife rest side hole is formed below the knife rest, a slotting knife is arranged in the knife rest side hole, and a return spring groove is formed in the slotting knife. The internal helical gear machining device can be widely applied to machining of internal helical gears.

Abstract: A main drive unit of a gear shaper belongs to the gear shaper parts. The main structure comprises a transmission chain mechanism, which is connected with a sliding block through a crank connecting rod. The sliding block is positioned on a linear rolling guide rail, on which a pin roller is arranged. The friction resistance between the sliding block and the guide rail is reduced, the work noise and power loss are decreased and the operational reliability of the equipment is promoted by the pin roller through the structure that the sliding block is positioned on the linear rolling guide rail.

The injection mold comprises an upper die, a lower die, an upper gear shaping mold core and a lower gear shaping mold core, and is characterized in that a shape follow-up gear shaping insert is arranged between the upper gear shaping mold core and the lower gear shaping mold core. Compared with the prior art, the injection mold is simple in structure and added with the gear shaping insert with the distance between the gear shaping insert and the upper and the lower gear shaping mold cores controlled, thus not only reducing burrs, saving materials and improving the preparation efficiency of products, but also prolonging the service life of products.
