Abstract: The invention belongs to the technical field of gear shaping machines, in particular to a numerical control gear shaping machine. The numerical control gear shaping machine comprises a machine body; astand column base is slidingly arranged on two longitudinal slide rails, which are arranged on the upper surface of the machine body side by side; two vertical slide rails are arranged on stand columns, arranged on the stand column base, side by side; a carriage is slidingly arranged on the vertical slide rails; a rotating plate is rotationally arranged on the carriage; a cutter shaft box is slidingly arranged on a chute vertically formed in the rotating plate; a cutter is arranged on a cutter shaft of the cutter shaft box; a workpiece mounting base is arranged on the machine body positionedon the lower side of the cutter; and actions of the stand column base, the carriage, the rotating plate and the cutter shaft box are all controlled by a numerical control system. The numerical controlgear shaping machine has the advantages of greatly improving the gear machining efficiency and improving the gear machining precision.

Abstract: The utility model relates to a three-shaft numerical control rack shaping machine which comprises a lathe bed, an electric cabinet, a hydraulic box, a mid lathe bed arranged on the rear end of the lathe bed, an upright post fixed on the mid lathe bed, and a main drive mechanism arranged on the upright post, wherein, the front part of the upright post is provided with a knife rest assembly, the right side of the upright post is provided with a cutter shaft drive mechanism, the front end of the lathe bed is provided with a worktable pedestal provided with a worktable, a radial feed mechanism and a tangential feed mechanism are arranged in the lathe bed, and the interior of the upright post is fixedly provided with a back-off device. The utility model has the advantages that the main motion, the circular motion, the gear indexing motion and the radial feed motion of the rack shaping machine realize the infinitive stage transmission in a certain range, components of a machine tool are reduced, the structure is simple, the processing and the assembly of the machine tool are facilitated, the processing cost can be reduced, the work is reliable and the efficiency is high.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gear shaping method whereby a gear can be cut at low cost through dry cutting at high speed. SOLUTION: At least one film composed basically of AlOx (1.0<=x<=1.5) is subjected to dry cutting whereby it is cut by a pinion cutter 5 coated at least on its flank, at a cutting speed of 400 m/min or less without use of cutting fluid, to create a tooth profile. High-efficiency dry cutting gear shaping using the pinion cutter 5 that uses high-speed tool steel is achieved.
