Abstract: The growth of the audit culture in the world academic research system as typified by the United Kingdom Research Assessment Exercise (RAE) has led to an extreme preoccupation with research league tables, and their associated branding, marketing, and managerial strategies. Abstract: Change Management is a term which is omnipresent in nowadays discussions of all areas, be it politically or economically motivated. This article discusses different scientific process theories of Change Management, such as Teleological theories, Dialectical theories, Life cycle theories and Evolutionary theories, that all regard change as involving a number of events, decisions and actions that are connected in some sort of sequences, but distinguish themselves when understanding change as a structured process. Moreover, the linkage of the interconnected fields of Change Management and Strategy Management are seized. Lastly, the importance and different role of Leadership and Management are discussed before reviewing the historic evolvement of the German automotive industry, as well as its current challenges. It is concluded why Change Management in this industry is nowadays more important than ever due to fierce global competition, regulatory requirements and different technological developments all ending up in distinct client requirements and expectations.

Abstract: Trade disputes and potential broader conflicts between Washington and Beijing need to be averted due to high risk potentials it poses to the global economy. US leadership, influence and other capabilities largely depends on her strong economy. U.S competitive advantages in key industries are almost nonexistent now, as economic re balancing continues to take its toll on the overall economy; jobs that nurtured the most cherished ideal in modern history (AMERICAN DREAM) are in their droves to emerging countries with comparative advantages. Both the short to medium and long -term implications of a weakened American will be felt in its global Leadership, regional security, diplomacy and development. (Aims) the paper will explore the connection between China's currency value and US trade deficit with particular emphasis on the rise of protectionism against free market principle. The relationship between economic growth and power will be explained in other to understand the implication of rising China on Asian pacific and on emerging new global order. (Methods) we have reviewed available literatures on the subject matter in other to support the above objectives and the Results showed that, China's currency appreciation without adequate structural reforms in the US will have less than expected impact on the huge trade deficit; Protectionism will continue to gain momentum against free market as competitions intensify among the major economic players in protecting their prized assets. Moreover, rising China with its economic prowess could tilt the balance of power and possibly challenge American global Leadership and influence. Both the short to medium and long -term implications of a weakened American will be felt in its global Leadership, regional security, diplomacy and development.

Abstract: Post World War II scenario, saw frequent changes in the political opinions and humanitarian concerns. The interests of global leaders on one side influenced the intellectual war-fare over the resources on one hand and its newly developed face in the form of evolving terrorism. Time and on, situations of self-doubt and question over the concerns over development versus human rights have been posed before mankind, presenting an ever-expanding domain of terrorism and an evolving correction to this definition. The paper brings in the concept of terrorism in different lights and addresses the growing impact on the society that is unknowingly suffering terrorism in many ways. Researcher delves into this very sensitive aspect of human development that brought in terrorism of sorts as a by-product. The paper is based on a systematic analysis of literature and data available on the above aspect. The data has been sifted for details that present terrorism as a challenge to human rights in every domain; personal, religious freedom, social structure and conformity, education and technological freedom, making all a part of Global terrorism in some form or the other. The paper presents scope of studying each of the discussed faces of terrorism in both global and local contexts.
