TL;DR: Using graphical approach based on a combination of signature and handwriting to predict the more personality using structure algorithms and multiple artificial neural networks (ANN).
Abstract: Handwriting stroke reflects how the author faced his world and the emotional honesty By examining all elements of handwriting and interpreting them separately or integrated, we could generate a sketch of the writer's character traits, emotional disposition and social style using standard of graphology As image, the analysis of graphology is divided into two approaches that graphics features and segmentation digit each character In this research, using graphical approach based on a combination of signature and handwriting to predict the more personality using structure algorithms and multiple artificial neural networks (ANN) The image in A4 paper split into two areas: Signature area which nine features and handwriting based on five features Each area had pre-processing performed to improve the recognition accuracy Signature area is classified using ANN based on five features and using multi structure algorithms based on four features While the handwriting area is classified using multi structure algorithm based on four features (margins, spacing between words and lines, and zone domination) and using ANN after hill valley extraction based on baseline features Eight features are processed using multi-structure algorithms that provide 87–100% accuracy In the meantime, six features are classified using an ANN which result an accuracy of 52–100% It used 100 sets of data testing after training using back propagation with 25–75 data The system has been implemented with the software so that it can be used for classification of personality from handwriting scanned automatically

TL;DR: Using combination of graphical approach based on signature and digit of character of application form using multi-structure algorithms and artificial neural networks, a sketch of the writer's character traits, emotional disposition and social style using standard of graphology is generated.
Abstract: Handwriting stroke reflects the written trace of each individual's rhythm and style. By examining all elements of handwriting and interpreting them separately or integrated, we could generate a sketch of the writer's character traits, emotional disposition and social style using standard of graphology. As image, the analysis of graphology is divided into two approaches that graphics features and segmentation digit each character. In this research, using combination of graphical approach based on signature and digit of character of application form using multi-structure algorithms and artificial neural networks (ANN). The image split into two areas: the signature based on nine features and application form of letters digit area. Each area had preprocessing performed to improve the recognition accuracy. Signature area is classified using ANN based on five features which result an accuracy of 5678%. While four feature of the signature that detection using multi structure algorithm result 87-100% accuracy. In meantime, pattern recognition of application form digit area using Learning Vector Quantization gave 43% accuracy. It used 100 sets of data testing after training with 10-25 data. The system has been implemented with the software so that it can be used for classification of personality from handwriting scanned automatically.

TL;DR: The reliability of the holistic method was put to the test by comparing clinical findings of a patient to a blind handwriting analysis of the same patient done independently by a professional graphologist as mentioned in this paper.
Abstract: Many clinicians, even those without graphological knowledge, are fascinated by the uniqueness of handwriting. No wonder, since the development of one’s handwriting is the result of a unique, complex developmental process. Fascination in handwriting led to the intriguing study of graphology as a means of understanding human behaviour. There are different schools of graphology, one being the ‘trait school’ which interprets handwriting according to single signs and the other being the holistic approach, which advocates the analysis of handwriting as a Gestalt. The trait-method does not do justice to the multi-faceted nature of personality, but the holistic approach seems to be a powerful expressive projective technique. The reliability of the holistic method was put to the test by comparing clinical findings of a patient to a ‘blind’ handwriting analysis of the same patient done independently by a professional graphologist. Graphological inferences made from the five (5) unique composite profiles, show strong similarities with diagnoses on Axis I and Axis II (DSM-IV-TRTM) (APA 2000) of the same patients, which confirms the value of graphology in psychological assessment.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors performed frequency analysis, test of difference, cross tabulation analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and logistic regression analysis by using the data on the test of personality diagnosis based on 5 factors method and writing habits such as the size and slope of letters for 339 adults.
Abstract: The effort for identifying personal information for example one`s personality, based on one`s handwriting has been continued in foreign countries, however, there is no research on the graphology for Korean in Korea. In the area of handwriting analysis, of course, they have made attempts to identifying people depended on expert`s individual ability or judgment. For these reasons, the academic approach is needed for the graphology for Korean. In this thesis, we performed the frequency analysis, test of difference, cross tabulation analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and logistic regression analysis by using the data on the test of personality diagnosis based on 5 factors method and writing habits such as the size and slope of letters for 339 adults. It can be shown that the 5 factors method has high consistency and reliability, so we accept these 5 factors as the personalities. In cross tabulation analysis, it is found that there is significant relationship between sex and the size of letters, hometown and the margin, job and habit. The correlations between 5 factors are very high and we can find the useful relationships between 5 factors and writing habit through regression analysis and correlation analysis. It is difficult and impossible to compare the Graphology between English and Korean because there are various interpretations and structures of Korean that is much different from those of English. But it is very important to try to test and analyze the Graphology in Korean to found the basic theories at the present stage when there is no research on the graphology for Korean.

TL;DR: This article presents a scientifi c approach to graphology and the handwriting analysis as a projective technique and a structure of the graphological analysis in the area of intellect, emotions, activity and adaptability.
Abstract: A goal of this article is to present the author’s innovative concept of an application of the graphological analysis in the transformational coaching processes. Th e initial stage of the transformational coaching process has been proposed for the application of the graphological analysis. A role of the graphological analysis as an external portrait and a method to broaden the self-awareness of a coachee has been suggested by the author. Th e article presents a scientifi c approach to graphology and the handwriting analysis as a projective technique. A structure of the graphological analysis in the area of intellect, emotions, activity and adaptability has been specifi ed in the article. Correlations between graphology and transformational coaching and contributions of graphology in coaching processes have been highlighted in the paper.
