TL;DR: The main objective here is predicting authors personality trait based on features such as Skewness, Pen Pressure, Aspect Ratio, Margin, and the difference between the first and last letter of the signature.
Abstract: Signature analysis helps in analyzing and understanding individual’s personality. Graphology is the scientific technique that helps us predict the writer’s personality. Different types of strokes and patterns in writer’s signature are considered for predicting their personality trait. Social skills, achievements, work habits, temperament, etc. can be predicted by using the writer’s signature. It helps us in understanding the person in a better way. As signature is directly related and develops a positive impact on your social life, personal life as well as for your career it is essential to practice correct signature for good results. The main objective here is predicting authors personality trait based on features such as Skewness, Pen Pressure, Aspect Ratio, Margin, and the difference between the first and last letter of the signature. As your signature has a direct impact on any of your assets and career, the proposed system will also provide suggestions for improvement in the signature if needed. This research paper proposes an off-line signature analysis. We have created our own dataset for the analysis purpose. We have also provided them with some questionnaire to check the accuracy of the proposed system.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors used the ArcTan geometric formula to determine the angle of slanted of the line of the basic handwriting of a person's handwriting to identify their personality traits and characteristics towards emotional individuals with optimistic and pessimistic characters.
Abstract: Handwriting analysis, commonly referred to as Graphology, can reflect a person's personality because writing movements are controlled by the brain, which contains memories about various life experiences and stored in the subconscious. Currently, the process of identifying human personality through handwriting or Graphology is still performed manually. This process requires a reference book to analyze every aspect of a person's handwriting. As well as the baseline pattern of handwriting, still performed manually to decide whether it tends to be up, down, or straight. In this paper, the aspects studied were the primary writing lines to identify a person's personality traits and characteristics towards emotional individuals with optimistic and pessimistic characters. The test is carried out using the method classification of the ArcTan geometric formula to determine the angle of slanted of the line basic handwriting. System inputs were using handwriting samples obtained from 42 subjects, ranging from 19–27 years old. The system was designed to identify two classes of emotions, which are optimistic and pessimistic. Then three essential line aspects of handwriting, namely tend up, tend down, and straight, were classified according to the arctan geometric formula. The accuracy of this graphology system is 90.47%; it can be concluded that the system successfully identifies handwriting per 1 line or 1 page of HVS paper.

TL;DR: In this paper, the role of Graphology is very important because it is helpful in terms of knowing the extent of the competencies of the employee, which can indicate well a person's personality structure, abilities, capabilities to grow and develop, and perhaps most importantly, integrity.
Abstract: Graphology can indicate well a person's personality structure, abilities, capabilities to grow and develop, and perhaps most importantly, integrity. This research aimed at knowing how Graphology works in daily lives. Graphology is a scientific method in a basis of analyzing strokes. Combinations of strokes have significant interpretation. The method used was qualitative method. The data collected consisted of primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through observation and interview to employee and Graphologist. While, secondary data were obtained through literature study. The sample was employees selected by using Graphology (20 employees). In analysing the data, N Vivo11 was used. The result concluded that the role of Graphology is very important because it is helpful in terms of knowing the extent of the competencies of the employee.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors presented results of a study designed to see if graphology would be useful in screening credit risks for a major oil company, and found that graphology could be useful to marketers.
Abstract: A recent article by .James McNeal [3] outlined the foundations of graphology (the study of handwriting) and suggested ways in which it might be useful to marketers. This article presents results of a study designed to see if graphology would be useful in screening credit risks for a major oil company. The retail credit field has traditionally been more the property of financial management than of marketing management. Yet it is increasingly recognized that consumer credit has definite marketing overtones, and at least some companies are reevaluating their credit operations in terms of sound marketing and financial management. Work by this author in several companies has shown the value of such an approach [ 4-6]. Newer tools for improving credit decisions include point credit-scoring systems, which assign numerical values to various items of information on retail credit application blanks. The applicant receives a certain number of points for having a bank account, home phone, late-model car, oil company credit card, etc. All points are added to produce a single \"quality index\" score for an applicant; the higher the score, the more likely he will honor his credit obligations, promptly and fully. Such a score is used not only to reject bad applicants formerly accepted but also to accept good applicants formerly rejected, thus increasing the firm's volume of good credit business.

TL;DR: In this article, the use of computer aided graphology in the field of aviation where the pilots are checked before the flight to determine whether they are psychologically/mentally fit to fly the plane.
Abstract: Graphology is the science of reading and analysing handwriting to detect the personality traits of a person. We have incorporated the concept of graphology with the use of computer systems, making the process of analysis faster, more reliable and cost efficient. This paper focuses on the use of computer aided graphology in the field of aviation where the pilots are checked before the flight to determine whether they are psychologically/mentally fit to fly the plane. There have been various cases in the past where the pilots had crashed the plane due to depression, stress, tension, fatigue, lack of sleep or intoxication. All of these can be majorly detected by graphological analysis as shown in this paper to prevent any such casualties.
