TL;DR: In this paper, a method of interdicting a guided missile equipped with an active radar-controlled guidance system is shown to include generating decoy signals in a transponder on an decoy launched from a ship being attacked.
Abstract: A method of interdicting a guided missile equipped with an active radar-controlled guidance system is shown to include generating decoy signals in a transponder on an decoy launched from a ship being attacked, such decoy signals being formed by amplifying echo signals from the ship to cause the apparent position of the ship (as measured by the active radar-controlled guidance system) to differ from the actual position of the ship so that the guided missile ultimately is caused to miss the ship.

TL;DR: In this article, a method and device for guiding an aircraft along a flight trajectory is described, where the flight trajectory has at least one constrained section, and the aircraft flies at a required speed within the constrained section to comply with a required arrival time at a predetermined waypoint in a constrained section.
Abstract: Disclosed is a method and device for guiding an aircraft flying along a flight trajectory. The flight trajectory has at least one constrained section, and the aircraft flies at a required speed within the constrained section to comply with a required arrival time at a predetermined waypoint in the constrained section. Auxiliary speed setpoints are determined to guide the aircraft to arrive at an auxiliary arrival tune at an auxiliary waypoint, with the auxiliary speed setpoints being applied by a guidance system to guide the aircraft.

TL;DR: In this paper, a method for generating 4D guidance commands to control the landing time of aircraft that are not equipped with on-board four-dimensional guidance systems is described, in one possible implementation the commands are generated in an auxiliary processor linked to the ATC host computer and displayed on a controller's monitor in the form of profile descent advisories.
Abstract: This paper summarizes current research for increasing the efficiency of traffic flow at hub airports by application of four dimensional (4D) guidance techniques. A method for generating 4D guidance commands to control the landing time of aircraft that are not equipped with on-board 4D guidance systems is described. In one possible implementation the commands are generated in an auxiliary processor linked to the ATC host computer and displayed on a controller's monitor in the form of profile descent advisories. Accurate time control is achieved by generating air traffic controller advisories in a ground-based algorithm that combines aerodynamic, thrust and atmospheric models with an efficient numerical integration method. The time accuracy and fuel efficiency achieved when the pilot responds to these advisories were evaluated in a piloted simulation of a transport aircraft.
