TL;DR: It is proved that the existence of a cocyclic Hadamard matrix of order 4t is equivalent to the existenceof a normal relative difference set with parameters (4t,2,4T,2t, 2t) .

TL;DR: Inexact proximal point methods are extended to find singular points for multivalued vector fields on Hadamard manifolds and improve sharply the corresponding results in Li et al. (2009).
Abstract: Inexact proximal point methods are extended to find singular points for multivalued vector fields on Hadamard manifolds. Convergence criteria are established under some mild conditions. In particular, in the case of proximal point algorithm, that is, $$\varepsilon _n=0$$ ? n = 0 for each $$n$$ n , our results improve sharply the corresponding results in Li et al. (2009). Applications to optimization problems, variational inequality problems and gradient methods are also given.

TL;DR: In this article, the Hermite-Hadamard type inequalities involving fractional integrals with respect to another function were established, which generalize the Riemann-Liouville fractional integration and the Hadamard fractional integral integral.
Abstract: In this paper we establish new Hermite-Hadamard type inequalities involving fractional integrals with respect to another function. Such fractional integrals generalize the Riemann-Liouville fractional integrals and the Hadamard fractional integrals. c ©2016 All rights reserved.

TL;DR: In this paper, a new architecture for the downlink of a multicarrier CDMA (code division multiple access) system comprises a double spreading scheme, both in frequency (T3) and time (T2), where both time and frequency codes are suitable generalizations of Hadamard codes and are implemented via low complexity transforms.
Abstract: A new architecture for the downlink of a multicarrier CDMA
(code-division multiple-access) system comprises a double spreading
scheme, both in frequency (T3) and time (T2), where both time and
frequency codes are suitable generalizations of Hadamard codes and are
implemented via low complexity transforms Both spreading and
despreading at transmitter and receiver share the same complexity,
furthermore the despreading at the receiver addresses joint time-frequency
tracking and symbol recovery In fact, owing to code structure, the
control signals of DLL (delay-lock loop) and FLL (frequency-lock loop)
are directely synthesized from the despreading output with reduced extra
processing The proposed receiver is robust against multipath and
interference, nevertheless an equalizer is provided in the receiver loop
in order to jointly counteract effects of frequency selective channels
both on accuracy of time-frequency tracking and on orthogonality among
data codes
