TL;DR: In this paper, a smart hybrid acceleration method includes receiving a handshake request from a client terminal, and determining whether the handshake request contains a self-defined resource extension field, and whether to use the hardware acceleration or the software acceleration is determined according to the resource level.
Abstract: A smart hybrid acceleration method includes receiving a handshake request from a client terminal, and determining whether the handshake request contains a self-defined resource extension field. If not, a target domain name with which the client terminal is to connect is acquired from the handshake request, and whether to use a hardware acceleration or a software acceleration is determined according to a level of the target domain name. If so, a resource level of a resource accessed by the client terminal is determined according to content in the self-defined resource extension field, and whether to use the hardware acceleration or the software acceleration is determined according to the resource level.

TL;DR: In this article, a secure connection between a user equipment, UE, and a media gateway, MGw, at setup of a communication session between the UE and another party is discussed.
Abstract: A method of establishing a secure connection between a user equipment, UE, and a media gateway, MGw, at setup of a communication session between the UE and another party. The MGw is controlled by a control server and the setup of the communication session comprises a security handshake procedure. The method comprising, prior to receiving a communication session set-up request, determining by the control server whether the MGw supports a procedure for early commencement of the security handshake and providing by the UE to the control server an indication that the UE supports the procedure for early commencement of the security handshake procedure and connection parameters for use in the security handshake. On receiving, by the control server, a communication session setup request from the other party, if both the UE and the MGw support the procedure for early commencement of the security handshake procedure, an instruction is sent to the Media gateway to commence the security handshake procedure. The instruction comprises an indication to commence an early security handshake and the connection parameters for the UE. On receipt of the instruction, the MGw commences the security handshake (25) with the UE and establishes a secure communications session.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors proposed a handshake verification method for vehicle control with a control terminal, wherein the handshake verification includes verifying the control terminal and the control commands sent by the control terminals.
Abstract: The invention discloses a method and a device for vehicle control. The method includes: performing handshake verification with a control terminal, wherein the handshake verification includes verifyingthe control terminal; after the handshake verification is finished, receiving a control command sent by the control terminal, wherein the control command includes verification information of the control terminal that issues the control command; verifying the control command according to the verification information; in the case that the control command verification is passed, controlling motionsof a vehicle according to the control command. The method solves technical problems that a vehicle controller no longer receives any control command when the handshake verification fails in the related art, which resulting in uncontrolled vehicle.

TL;DR: In this paper, a Data-Ack Scheme (DAS) is proposed to reduce the overhead by exploiting only one control packet and makes the dissemination interruption most unlikely. But, the proposed scheme is not suitable for wireless networks.
Abstract: A number of timer-based intelligent flooding schemes have been recently proposed to optimize message dissemination in Vehicular Ad-hoc NETworks. Unfortunately, most of them are not able to completely avoid useless copies of the message to be broadcast. Moreover, some schemes determine when the message has to be rebroadcast, thus thwarting the application in processing it. The use of a Medium Access Control (MAC) layer control packet handshake allows mitigating the issues above, but it could lead to an unacceptable overhead and to a high probability of dissemination interruption. The proposed Data-Ack Scheme (DAS) allows to reduce the overhead by exploiting only one control packet and makes the dissemination interruption most unlikely. By simulation, DAS performance has been compared with that obtained when either a MAC layer handshake-based scheme or a scheme which does not provide the use of control packets is adopted. Simulation results have shown that DAS performs better in those scenarios in which the Message Delivery Ratio values are not critical.

TL;DR: In this paper, a monitoring device of a handshake circuit is prepared for utilizing a counter to record effective time of each request signal, setting an error signal to record time that response is not occurred for ack signal on effective times of request signal in set time range and to record relevant waveform at certain time before and after error is occurred for accurately positioning error occurrence time of handshake circuit.
