TL;DR: In this article, the conical inner bore tool of the utility model is used for processing conical surfaces. But the tool is not suitable for processing pieces with different tapers.
Abstract: The utility model relates to a conical inner bore honing tool which is characterized in that: the honing tool comprises a cutter bar, a spring, a spring shaft, a whetstone support and a whetstone which is fixedly arranged on the whetstone support; the cutter bar is equipped with stepped holes along the radial direction; the spring is sheathed on the spring shaft; the spring shaft and the spring which is arranged on the spring shaft are positioned in the stepped holes; the spring shaft is tightly fixed on the cutter bar through nuts and the other end of the spring shaft is in rivet joint with the whetstone support; the whetstone support is long groove shaped and inside the long groove is provided with the whetstone. By adopting the conical inner bore honing tool of the utility model during production process, the honing tool not only guarantees the processing precision of the conical surface but also meets the requirements of surface roughness, meanwhile, the conical inner bore honing tool has small volume and is easy to be disassembled and suitable for processing pieces with different tapers.

TL;DR: In this article, a measuring station (Wn-1) is attached to a measuring and control device (19) which determines deviations of the workpiece size from the desired size and analyses them for the subsequent control of individual working stations (W1 to Wn-2), in particular for the re-adjustment of individual tools.
Abstract: The machine, especially a honing machine, has several working stations (W1 to Wn-2) in which workpieces can be worked or honed simultaneously. By transfer in timed sequence, each workpiece can pass in succession through all stations (W1 to Wn-2) so that it is worked gradually first of all to intermediate sizes and in the final working station to finished size. So that the working operations can be corrected, for example to re-adjust the tools for wear compensation, a common measuring station (Wn-1) is provided for all working stations (W1 to Wn-2), into which measuring station (Wn-1) the workpieces, after interruption of a work cycle, can be moved in succession in a measuring cycle. Attached to the measuring station (Wn-1) is a measuring and control device (19) which determines the deviations of the workpiece size from the desired size and analyses them for the subsequent control of the individual working stations (W1 to Wn-2), in particular for the re-adjustment of the individual tools.
