TL;DR: In this paper, the inner hole honing equipment for a master cylinder of a hydraulic machine was described, and the equipment consisted of a spindle motor, spindle, an oil pump motor, a small cutting feed cylinder, a grinding head, and an oilstone.
Abstract: The invention discloses inner hole honing equipment for a master cylinder of a hydraulic machine, and the equipment comprises a spindle motor, a spindle, an oil pump motor, a small cutting feed cylinder, a grinding head, an oilstone, left and right movement connectors, left and right movement cylinders, a workpiece fixing bracket and a workpiece fixing pedestal; the spindle motor is connected with the spindle, the oil pump motor is connected with the small cutting feed cylinder, the small cutting feed cylinder is connected with the spindle, the workpiece fixing bracket is composed of two plates to clamp the outer wall of the main cylinder, and the workpiece fixing bracket is arranged on the sliding device of the workpiece fixing pedestal and can be moved along the sliding device. The left and right movement connectors and the left and right movement cylinders are used to control the horizontal position of the workpiece fixing pedestal. In the inner hole honing equipment, the oilstone can swell and shrink through the small cutting feed cylinder, the grinding head and the oilstone, and the oil cylinder is fixed and adjusted by the workpiece fixing bracket. The inner hole honing equipment is easy to operate and adjust in the whole process.

TL;DR: In this article, a rotary mounted honing gearwheel is aligned with the same or a second trueing gear wheel clamped coaxially on the workpiece spindle, which can be set up radially to a first axis and offset at an angle about this axis.
Abstract: After the workpiece such as spur-wheel gear (26) has been polished, the grinding worm (10) is brought out of engagement with the workpiece. A honing gearwheel (18) is brought into engagement with the workpiece in the same step and at the same pressure. The honing gearwheel is aligned with the same or a second trueing gearwheel clamped coaxially on the workpiece spindle (3). The externally toothed rotary mounted honing gearwheel which can be set up radially to a first axis is offset at an angle about this axis (C') and can be trued with the first trueing gearwheel (17) or a second trueing gearwheel.

TL;DR: In this article, the working surface of a rotating honing stone is maintained in spring-biased contact with a precisely leveled guide surface to achieve linear uniformity of the blade, and a workholder table is pin locked at selectable angles to produce blades having a selective angle of intersection between the two intersecting surfaces.
Abstract: A blade surfacing machine for precisely honing a pair of intersecting surfaces on an extruder blade. The working surface of a rotating honing stone is maintained in spring-biased contact with a precisely leveled guide surface to achieve linear uniformity of the blade. A workholder table is pivotable about a horizontal axis and may be pin locked at selectable angles to produce blades having a selective angle of intersection between the two honed surfaces.

TL;DR: In this paper, the impact of the process parameters during tangential turn-milling on friction and wear behavior in cylindrical roller bearings was investigated. And an alternative production sequence with improved tribological performance and reduced resource input was drawn.
Abstract: Surface texturing is significant for the influence on the functional behavior of contacting parts. Different manufacturing processes like hard-turning, grinding, or honing offer the possibility of accurate surface finishing. Turn-milling seems to be an alternative to apply functional structures on workpieces due to the positive effect of the simultaneous rotary movement of workpiece and tool. The objective of this research was to demonstrate the impact of the process parameters during tangential turn-milling on friction and wear behavior in cylindrical roller bearings in interest of the technical community. Thus, an alternative production sequence with improved tribological performance and reduced resource input was drawn.
