TL;DR: In this paper, the inner hole machining method for a molybdenum alloy thin-walled long pipe of a nuclear power plant was described, and the linearity of the machined inner hole was shown to be higher than 0.03 mm, the cylindricity of inner hole is higher than 5 [mu]m and the roughness of the inner holes was better than 2.2 [m]m.
Abstract: The invention belongs to the technical field of molybdenum alloy machining, and discloses an inner hole machining method for a molybdenum alloy thin-walled long pipe of a reactor. The method is a combined machining method in which gun drilling, linear cutting and honing are organically combined, and comprises the following steps: (1) outer circle reference machining of a molybdenum alloy bar, (2) gun drilling of a threading hole, (3) linear cutting of an inner hole and (4) honing finish machining of the inner hole. The linearity of the machined inner hole of the molybdenum alloy thin-walled long pipe is higher than 0.03 mm, the cylindricity of the inner hole is higher than 5 [mu]m, and the roughness of the inner hole is better than 0.2 [mu]m.

TL;DR: In this article, the ultrasonic machining traces on the tooth flanks in ultrasonic and traditional gear finish machining are compared and it is shown that the ultrasonic machining can produce a better tooth surface roughness (Ra 0.45 μm) than one obtained conventional honing (Ra0.72 μm).
Abstract: Ultrasonic vibration can reduce honing forces efficiently. As the honing wheel can be washed by ultrasonic cavitations of cutting fluids, its jams are decreased and the higher honing efficiency has been obtained. Therefore, gear honing combined with ultrasonic machining honing is a method for gear finish machining with its wide application future. Ultrasonic-assisted honing of gears is firstly proposed, its machining devices are manufactured based upon the design parameters derived by four-terminal network principle. Experiments of gear honing show that the machining traces on the tooth flanks in ultrasonic and traditional honing are different. The ultrasonic honing can produce a better tooth surface roughness (Ra 0.45 μm) than one obtained conventional honing (Ra 0.72 μm).

TL;DR: In this article, three roughness parameters defined in the Abbott-firestone or bearing area curve, Rk, Rpk and Rvk, were modelled for rough honing processes by means of artificial neural networks.
Abstract: In present study, three roughness parameters defined in the Abbott-Firestone or bearing area curve, Rk, Rpk and Rvk, were modelled for rough honing processes by means of artificial neural networks (ANN). Input variables were grain size and density of abrasive, pressure of abrasive stones on the workpiece's surface, tangential or rotation speed of the workpiece and linear speed of the honing head. Two strategies were considered, either use of one network for modelling the three parameters at the same time or use of three networks, one for each parameter. Overall best neural network consists of three networks, one for each roughness parameter, with one hidden layer having 25, nine and five neurons for Rk, Rpk and Rvk respectively. However, use of one network for the three roughness parameters would allow addressing an indirect model. In this case, best solution corresponds to two hidden layers having 26 and 11 neurons.

TL;DR: In this paper, a special synthesized cutting fluid with ultra-high lubricating property for black metal and a preparation method of the special synthesised cutting fluid, and belongs to the technical field of cutting fluid for metal processing.
Abstract: The invention relates to special synthesized cutting fluid with ultra-high lubricating property for black metal and a preparation method of the special synthesized cutting fluid, and belongs to the technical field of cutting fluid for metal processing The cutting fluid consists of organic alcohol amine, an antirust agent, extreme-pressure lubricants, boundary lubricants, a water softener, a metal deactivator, a couplant, a bactericide, a defoamer and water The various extreme-pressure lubricants and the various boundary lubricants are combined organically, effective constituents soak in the cutting fluid and the lubricating effect is achieved at different processing temperatures and under different pressures, and the different lubricants have synergism, so that the cutting fluid has ultra-high lubricating property Practice proves that the cutting fluid can be used for processing of grinding, milling, turning, tapping, drilling, honing and the like on workpieces made of materials such as cast iron, carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and even hard alloy, can directly replace oil-containing cutting fluid in multiple situations, is environmentally friendly, and is long in service life
