TL;DR: In this article, the authors presented an automatic multi-station honing machine, which is composed of a working platform and an upright column and is characterized in that the working platform is equipped with a loading device, a transmission device, discharging device and a position stripping device.
Abstract: The utility model provides an automatic multi-station honing machine, which is composed of a working platform and an upright column and is characterized in that the working platform is equipped with a loading device, a transmission device, a discharging device and a position stripping device; the upright column is equipped with a servo motor; the servo motor is used for driving a screw rod rotate; the screw rod is equipped with a nut; the nut is connected to a sliding platform which is arranged on a guide rail; the sliding platform is equipped with a plurality of variable frequency motors; and the rotation shaft of the variable frequency motor is connected to a cutter. The automatic multi-station honing machine provided by the utility model has the advantage that the problems of automatically loading processing workpiece, transferring the processing workpiece among multiple stations, automatically discharging materials of the processing workpiece, automatically positioning the processing workpiece in a clamp and automatically stripping materials are solved. Thus, the automatic multi-station honing machine provided by the utility model is a high-efficiency automatic multi-station honing machine which is applied to automatic progressive processing, and the machine has the features of simple structure and stable and reliable properties.

TL;DR: In this paper, a floating cutting tool for rough cutting and a roller burnishing tool for finish cutting are connected internally in the axial direction to form a compound machining tool for floating cutting and roller burning.
Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a precision machining tool, with which the pipe material pressure-welding and the honing or the like is not required and the working process and the working time are shortened and a manufacturing cost of a pipe having an inner diameter at high products accuracy is reduced remarkably. CONSTITUTION:A floating cutting tool 2 for rough cutting and finish cutting and a roller burnishing tool 3 are connected internally in the axial direction to form a compound machining tool for floating cutting and roller burnishing so that when a connecting tool is rotated for movement inside of a hole of a pipe to be processed, the rough cutting and the finish cutting is performed by the floating cutting tool 2 at the time of going, and the flat and smooth and abrasion-proof finish is performed by the roller burnishing tool 3 at the time of return.

TL;DR: Centerless centerless honing machines for cylindrical surfaces on a series of workpieces are described in this paper, where each machine comprises a pair of spaced adjacent rotary rollers for supporting and rotating workpieces while also causing them to travel axially along the rollers.
Abstract: Centerless honing machines are described for honing external cylindrical surfaces on a series of workpieces. Each machine comprises a pair of spaced adjacent rotary rollers for supporting and rotating workpieces while also causing them to travel axially along the rollers, at least one honing stone for engaging and honing the workpieces, a fluid pressure operated device for pressing the honing stone against the workpieces, a gaging device for gaging the size of the workpieces and for producing gaging signals, a pressure regulator for supplying fluid pressure to the fluid pressure operated device, and control means operable in response to the gaging signals for adjusting the pressure regulator to increase or decrease the fluid pressure and thereby to increase or decrease the amount of stock removed from the workpieces by the honing stone to achieve closer agreement between the finished size of the workpieces and the desired size.

TL;DR: In this article, a method and device for accurately and rapidly honing the surface of an element to an exceedingly fine finish was described. But the method was not reciprocated, and the tools were used to produce a very fine finish.
Abstract: My invention relates to methods and apparatus for producing a honing operation, and particularly to a method and device for accurately and rapidly honing the surface of an element to an exceedingly fine finish. Heretofore, in honing cylindrical and like articles, the honing tools were reciprocated...
