TL;DR: A series of new hybrid molecules with a hydrazone fragment were synthesized and characterized by Fourier transform-infrared spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance, mass spectrometry, and elemental analysis as mentioned in this paper.
Abstract: A series of new hybrid molecules with a hydrazone fragment were synthesized and characterized by Fourier transform-infrared spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance, mass spectrometry, and elemental analysis. The nuclear magnetic resonance spectra of the hydrazones 4a–c showed exchange of syn and antiperiplanar conformers around the amide bond, the more stable being the antiperiplanar one. The nuclear Overhauser effect spectroscopy (NOESY) spectra confirm E configuration around C=N bond. The tested compounds exhibited concentration-dependent cytotoxic effects against human tumor cell lines in a micromolar range (MTT (3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide) tetrazolium reduction assay). Hydrazone 4a proved to be the most potent antiproliferative agent of the series. Within the antioxidant screening 8b exhibited the highest radical scavenging activity (% RSA max) and the largest rate constant for the reaction with 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl.

TL;DR: In this paper, 1,3-Dibenzoyl-2,4-diacyl- and 1,5-diminear diacylbenzene were prepared in good yields via a further application of a recently reported two step replacement of phenolic hydroxyl by an acyl group.

TL;DR: Several new tin(IV and organotin(IV) complexes of the composition R2SnL2 (where R = chloro, butyl or octyl group and L = ferrocenyl hydrazone anion) have been synthesized by reacting tin(II) dichloride hydrate, dibutyltin( IV) oxide and dioctyltin (IV) oxide with ferro-enyl hydride hydrazones of the type as discussed by the authors.

TL;DR: In this article, the effects of substitution on the 13C chemical shifts of pyrazole ring were investigated and the magnitude of the coupling constant 1 J pc was in good agreement with the hybridization of the phosphorus atom.
Abstract: 4-Phosphopyrazoles are prepared with good yield by cyclisation of hydrazone phosphorus compounds and ethylortho formiate. The effects of substitution are investigated on the 13C chemical shifts of pyrazole ring. The magnitude of the coupling constant 1 J pc is in good agreement with the hybridization of the phosphorus atom.
