Abstract: The utility model discloses a device for detecting corona discharge, which comprises an ultraviolet imaging module, an image collecting module, an image processing module and a display module, whereinthe image collecting module is connected with the ultraviolet imaging module and the image processing module respectively; and the image processing module is connected with the image collecting module and the display module respectively. The ultraviolet imaging module adopts a CoroCAMIV+ultraviolet imaging instrument and is provided with a lens and a filter system so as to project the ultravioletto photoelectric equipment, namely a monochrome camera with image conversion functions. The image collecting module adopts a PCI-1411 image collecting card which receives analogue video inputs of standard colorful and monochrome cameras and is provided with an image collecting drive software; the image collecting card PCI-1411 is connected with a computer which is loaded with an image processingprogram on the image processing module by a PCI slot; and the image processing module is connected with a terminal liquid crystal display screen on the display module by a VGA display card interface.

Abstract: A method for estimating image conversion parameters is revealed. Firstly, using an image capturing unit to capture at least one captured image of an object to an image processing unit for calculation. The image processing unit can take linear brightness change of single captured image to estimate the image conversion parameters, also can take comparison of linear and non-linear images to estimate the image conversion parameters, further can take the difference of exposure quantities to estimate the image conversion parameters. Therefore, the estimation of the image conversion parameters can be finished well and easily.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, a device and a program for estimating spectral reflectance with which spectral reflectance unique to a subject, without having to depend on the light source of an image input apparatus or in image input is estimated and calculated at low cost, simply and with high accuracy, without requiring a dedicated apparatus and thus, a defined spectral reflectance image is acquired. SOLUTION: The device for estimating the spectral reflectance has an analysis means for inputting an image file obtained by a digital camera 3, generating a channel-number virtual increase module for virtually increasing the number of channels of image data and determining the linear coupling coefficient calculation matrix used, when the image data in which the number of channels is increased is converted into the spectral reflectance image and an image conversion means for converting the image data into spectral reflectance image data. Abstract: A system and method for efficiently performing a pattern matching procedure includes an enrollment manager that performs an image conversion procedure for converting an initial reference image into a reference template. The image conversion procedure may include at least one of a binarization procedure and a symmetrical reduction procedure to more efficiently utilize system resources such as processing requirements and memory requirements. A verification manager may then convert an initial test image into a transformed test image for combining with the foregoing reference template to produce a correlation image. The verification manager then analyzes matching characteristics of the correlation image to determine whether the initial test image matches the initial reference image.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To allow a presenter to make explanation while viewing directly a paper material image by separating a paper material area from a picked-up image (lecturer image) without the use of a blue back. CONSTITUTION:A paper material image 1 is a highly accurate image being an object of a presentation and sent to an audience side without any modification together with a segmented image 3. A lecturer image 2 is an image obtained by picking up a displayed image on a monitor from the paper material image 1 in front of which a presenter stands and then subject to color conversion, distortion and fog. A training section 10 uses a training image to obtain a distortion coefficient A, a fog coefficient and a color tone conversion coefficient C of a display/image pickup system. An image conversion section 20 applies color tone correction and distortion correction to the lecturer image 2 and applies shade-off to the paper material image 1. A image separate section 30 separates the paper material area from the difference from both the images to obtain a segmented image 3 of the presenter.
