TL;DR: In this paper, a digital photographing device and a control method are provided to enable a user to photograph a self-image using a template, and a display unit displays the synthesized image.
Abstract: PURPOSE: A digital photographing device and a control method are provided to enable a user to photograph a self-image using a template. CONSTITUTION: A photographing device(106) generates an image signal. A storage unit(116) stores a template. An image conversion unit(140) determines a conversion direction of the template and a conversion direction of an image. An image synthesis unit(104) synthesizes the template and the image. A display unit(113) displays the synthesized image. TL;DR: In this article, the authors propose a system for displaying an image projected from a projector accurately, so as to be superimposed over an actual landscape a driver is viewing, by using a filter design program.
Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for a vehicle, a program for the vehicle, and a filter design program capable of displaying an image projected from a projector accurately, so as to be superposed over an actual landscape a driver is viewing.SOLUTION: A device ECU 2 for vehicle in an embodiment comprises: an image creation part 10a for creating an image in a predetermined reference coordinate system; a view point position identification part 10b for identifying a view point position of a driver; a superimposing position identification part 10c for identifying a display position when an image (G1) is displayed in a view of the driver; an image conversion part 10d for creating an image (G2) which is an image converted from the image (G1) to be adapted into a coordinate system based on the view point position of the driver; and a notification part 10e for displaying the display image (G11) which can be adapted in the converted image using a projector 7, so as to be superimposed in a view field of the driver.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

TL;DR: In this paper, a video conversion device is provided with three kinds of conversion modes including a conversion mode of performing conversion in two steps in accordance with a classification of inputted pictures.
Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve the problem that it is difficult that conversion operation is completed within a preliminarily set limit time by only procedures for converting all pictures in the case of conversion of an encoding format of large quantities of video contents. SOLUTION: A video conversion device is provided with three kinds of conversion modes including a conversion mode of performing conversion in two steps in accordance with a classification of inputted pictures. TL;DR: In this article, the authors proposed an image processing apparatus consisting of a first polarization region and a second polarization region for transmitting different polarized light beams; the image processing section forms parallax information reflecting a subject distance by applying a first viewpoint image based on the transmitted light beams of the whole transmission region of the second polarization means.
Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an image for displaying a three-dimensional image by obtaining a plurality of viewpoint images without lowering polarization performance.SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus comprises: first polarization means having a first polarization region and a second polarization region for transmitting different polarized light beams; second polarization means having a third polarization region for transmitting only either transmitted light beam of the first polarization region or the second polarization region, and a whole transmission region for transmitting both transmitted light beams of the first and second polarization regions; an imaging sensor to which the transmitted light beams of the second polarization means are inputted; and an image processing section for processing an output signal of the imaging sensor. The image processing section forms parallax information reflecting a subject distance by applying a first viewpoint image based on the transmitted light beams of the whole transmission region of the second polarization means and a second viewpoint image based on the transmitted light beam of the third polarization region of the second polarization means, and forms a left-eye image and a right-eye image for displaying a three-dimensional image by image conversion processing of the first viewpoint image applying the parallax information.

TL;DR: In this paper, a predetermined display area P of a sub-image is synthesized and displayed in a specified display area Q of a main image displayed on a display (9) by an image synthesizing device.
Abstract: A predetermined display area P of a sub-image is synthesized and displayed in a predetermined display area Q of a main image displayed on a display (9) by an image synthesizing device. The image synthesizing device has a frame memory from which, after the data in the synthesized display area P among the sub-image data are continuously stored in the order of data input, when the scanning address of the main image data corresponds to the display region Q, the stored sub-image data are read in the order of the input, and a selector (4) to which the main image data displayed on the display (9) and the sub-image data read out of the frame memory are inputted and which, when the scanning address of the main image data corresponds to the display region Q, switches the selected channel for the main image data to a channel for the sub-image data and outputs the sub-image data to the display (9) and allow the sub-image data to be displayed on the display (9). The capacity of the frame memory for the image synthesizing can be reduced, and the sub-image can be magnified or reduced with an arbitrary magnification factor or reduction factor.
