TL;DR: In this article, a method of combining bio-microscopic image collection and multimedia instruction is presented, which combines traditional microscope, relay imaging system, digital shooting system and bio-teaching software.
Abstract: The invention is a method of combining bio-microscopic image collection and multimedia instruction. Under the control of a computer, the whole system composed of traditional microscope, relay imaging system, digital shooting system and bio-teaching software completes observing, collecting and processing microscopic images; alternatively uses the software to perform animation simulation, demonstration and interactive response practice. It selects a three-eye microscope, in order to convert optical image into data signals, retains switching with the ocular, and transmits the data signals to the computer by an image conversion interface. It implements real-time monitoring and collection for microscopic images.

TL;DR: In this paper, a data distribution system where Web information can be obtained easily by pursuing a linkage using facsimile equipment as user terminal equipment is proposed, where image information of an input paper, on which request contents of a user are described, is sent as facsimiles image information data to a data providing server 3 by using user facsimiler equipment 2-1 to 2-n.
Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data distribution system where Web information can be obtained easily by pursuing a linkage using facsimile equipment as user terminal equipment. SOLUTION: Image information of an input paper, on which request contents of a user are described, is sent as facsimile image information data to a data providing server 3 by using user facsimile equipment 2-1 to 2-n. In the data- providing server 3, the request contents included in facsimile image information are recognized by a recognition part 31, information on a Web which corresponds to the request contents is obtained, on the basis of the recognized result by using an information obtaining part 32, and the obtained Web information is converted to facsimile image data, by using an image conversion part 33 and sent to the facsimile equipment from 2-1 to 2-n.

TL;DR: In this paper, an inspection method and inspection device of a vehicle window glass that can easily evaluate transmission distortion of a window glass having a three-dimensional curve surface is proposed. But the inspection method is not suitable for the inspection of vehicles.
Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection method and inspection device of a vehicle window glass that can easily evaluate transmission distortion of a window glass having a three-dimensional curve surface.SOLUTION: An inspection method of a vehicle window glass includes: a first image creation step S2 of creating a first lattice image where a lattice pattern is photographed; an image conversion step S3 of converting the fist lattice image into a second lattice image on a drawing format; a second image creation step S4 of creating a first gray scale image according to the second lattice image; a third image creation step S5 of creating a second gray scale image where an area outside a corresponding row evaluation range or a column evaluation range is removed from the first gray scale image; a fourth image creation step S6 of creating an evaluation image where a density of a pixel of the second gray scale image lower than a determination criterion is changed to a minimum density; and an evaluation step S7 of evaluating transmission distortion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10

TL;DR: In this paper, a printed matter producing device is provided with an image input part 20 inputting an image string I composed of a plurality of images, an image conversion part 30 executing a conversion processing to the panoramic image to the inputted image string II composed of the images inputted by the image input and an image processing part 40 generating a view point converted image string PXI composed of an image converted image on the basis of the panorama image PI converted and generated by the input image part 30 and a printing part 60 manufacturing the printed matter P on basis of
Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a printed matter making the panoramic image of a large size observable without the need of a physical size like printed matter or photo though it is being a printed matter. SOLUTION: A printed matter producing device 1 is provided with an image input part 20 inputting an image string I composed of a plurality of images, an image conversion part 30 executing a conversion processing to the panoramic image to the inputted image string II composed of a plurality of the images inputted by the image input part 20, an image processing part 40 generating a view point converted image string PXI composed of a plurality of view point converted images on the basis of the panoramic image PI converted and generated by the image conversion part 30 and a printing part 60 manufacturing the printed matter P on the basis of the view point converted image string PXI composed of a plurality of the view point converted images generated by the image processing part 40. The image processing part 40 generates the view point converted image string PXI composed of a plurality of the view point converted images so as to fix the panoramic image PI reproduced from the printed matter P in a prescribed distance from an observation view point.

TL;DR: In this paper, an image processing apparatus capable of obtaining a novel image is described. But it does not specify how to obtain a new image from an image input unit and an image output unit.
Abstract: An image processing apparatus capable of obtaining a novel image. An image input unit acquires frames constituting a moving image, and stores them into an image buffer. A processing execution unit reads frames to be reproduced from the image buffer as reproduction targets. An image conversion unit applies image processing to the frames to be reproduced. An image output unit outputs the frames to a monitor. A buffer adjusting unit stores the reproduced frames into the image buffer as past frames, and drops some of the frames at predetermined time intervals.
